Great Customer Service I had a reservation at the Cardiff by The Sea Lodge. It is close to the ocean and a very nice lodge in excellent condition. Unfortunatley, issues came up for me. Nick (the manager) and the woman who met us when we arrived were both terrific to work with. I can't say enough about them and the customer service that they gave to us. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful!

Wow!! I’m coming back! This place is the best! Great location, great check-in experience, great staff, awesome designed rooms with the record players, great rooftop for sunset and relaxing, great coffee, shops walking distance, and special breakfast delivery of a hot muffin with fresh juice. Wow!!! I’m so impressed and coming back!

AMAZING! My husband proposed to me 28 years ago here! First time back since then and it was AMAZING! They remodeled it♥️. We got the ocean view king and it was so beautifully decorated and great views. We love the roof top lounge! Everything was great!!! Definitely going to make this our regular get away!

Cutest Stay Ever I booked a room with an ocean view for my boyfriend and I for his birthday and we loved it! I was a little unsure about how our stay would be based on the mixed reviews I read beforehand but I decided to give it a try. It was incredibly close to the beach and they offered chairs, umbrelllas and towels for you to take to the beach. They also had record players in each room and had a fun selection of records for us to choose from; we ended up borrowing 3. Anthony, the front desk guy, was so attentive and kind throughout our time there. He welcomed us with a couple of glasses of Prosecco and showed us to our room. He also helped us with a late checkout and remembered our names which made it more personal. I could go on about how great this place was. I can’t wait to come back and share it with all my friends.

Great Ocean getaway Love the room so modern the bathroom was really nice. Great water pressure. Love the upstairs terrace. The view is spectacular. The bed us comfy. The front desk with Anthony was super friendly and helpful. The room was imaculate and close to many restaurants and bars and coffee.
