Everything you see or think or say is awesome... Play Where adults and kids can be kids. Place is like a big playground with actual playgrounds all over. Your little ones can play from the moment you enter until you leave. Took our kids on a random day with their cousins. There are lots of places throughout the park for hands on building. Characters My son was amazed by seeing the Blue Astronaut from the Lego movie. The characters are throughout the park. Parking There is a lot of parking all over. The later in the day you come the further you'll park. We paid for general parking. Staff The employees are very friendly, both at the hotel and at the park, but there are some who stand out: a hotel employee named Jorge from the hotel lobby area, very kind and attentive. He brightened our morning. Good job, Jorge.

TERRIBLY TERRIBLE. Go to a Disney Hotel instead, they at least are trained to in their jobs and also in customer service! Legoland CA Hotel is disappointing for many reasons. The hotel is extremely loud and music is playing basically all day and into the night. NEVER agree to a room on the lobby floor. The Brick House Disco is a concert until 930 and people are walking up and down the hallways screaming and whistling. There’s also music playing in the hallways, and kids beds are positioned on the other side of the hallway walls-so I’m not sure how any of the kids make it to Legoland after not getting any sleep. This place is NOT cheap, but the accommodations are as well and broken and we were told our room was refurbished. I am an experience gift giver-BUT soend your money on LEGO sets to build instead of staying at this hotel. Please do not stay here, it is not worth even if it’s free.

Want your kids to have the most memorable hotel stay? Family and children centric. I've never stayed anywhere like Legoland Hotel. They've thought of everything with kids in mind. - rooms with a separate kids area and bunk beds with trundle -lower height bathroom counter and toilet -toilet seat cover for little ones -bathroom step stool -bathtubs -fun bedroom aesthetic -legos in room -inviting treasure hunt for an in room surprise -BREAKFAST on site included -breakfast buffet at kid level included -fun activities throughout the hotel -heated pool -disco elevator -arcade room -EARLY entrance to the park As a final comment, the staff is very friendly, particularly Jorge Ignacio from the lobby. Congratulations to him and his work.

Reservation, Front Desk Manager, Receptionist FAILED to Deliver what was BOOKED and PAID AHEAD 2 Themed Rooms PLUS Dirty Demand for a Full Refund – Failure to Provide Habitable Promised Two(2) Rooms & Unsanitary Conditions As a result, I am requesting a full refund of [$885.55]. I expect confirmation of this refund within 10 business days. 1. Promised Room Not Provided – The 2 rooms good for 10 guests I purchased were not delivered to me by 4pm, they only provided 1 room but is defective due to A/C not working (please see attached PDF Letter) Room# was 3041, I reported. Per the Manager “You won’t feel the A/C much if 10 guests are in the room" By 9:40pm, I went to the Receptionist 2 look for Ms. Chrisni Vaca, I asked the manager Chrisni Vaca, for a 50% discount on the 2nd Room that was not delivered on time, but she argued me “Mrs. Porter, I can only give you 35% discount, because it will be unfair to other people that you get 50% and the others are not”, when I heard this “I told her in frustration, look I am very tired, we are done here, I need to get some rest, you escalate this however you want, I will do my own case escalation. Before I left the Manager Chrisni Vaca of Legoland Hotel Reception, I asked her to look above her (she looked while I took my camera and took a photo of the blowing out vent that was so filthy, thick dark dirt blowing into the air, inhaled by adult guests and children), I educated her “If you are an efficient Manager, you would do your job to maintain good air quality in this Reception Level Floor, children are playing here and they are inhaling a very dirty air that can cause harm to them”, I also took a photo of another vent also with very thick black dirt, looking like black mold. Entered Room#3041. We were sweating, reported again, around 10:30 PM, the receptionist offered a fan. By 11:30pm the fan did not arrive, husband reported we could not sleep due to heat. At 1:00 AM, they moved us to another room with A/C working, kids went to sleep. I was going to insert myself into the bed, bedsheet has several blood stains, I did not sleep until 2:30AM. Frustrated, I demand a 100% REFUND. I refused the 2nd Manager of 50%, because Chrisni Vaca REFUSED, EXHAUSTED me and STRESSED me more by ARGUING. That 50% has sailed. I now demand for a 100% REFUND. Kids love it, but awful food & service Kids love it, but it’s a rough experience for any more than a single night. Think of a Motel 6, a EDM festival and a preschool classroom, all mashed up. The themed rooms are very cool. The food is awful, no matter the buffet or anywhere else (odd, given food in the park is pretty good). Service is totally non-existent - hospitality is a foreign concept here. Icing on the cake for our 2 night stay is there being no other option for food after 8pm than the Skyline restaurant where literally half the tables were empty, but being told it would be a 20 minute wait. Some aspects of this place, including food availability, are totally not family friendly. For the price, the experience falls far short of what’s expected.
