Kids had a good time! Our family of four stayed at the Legoland Castle Hotel. It was a busy time at Christmas holiday. Check in process was quick and the hotel itself had plenty of activities for kids to do. The room itself is small but kids liked their bunk beds and their own small lego play area in their bedroom. Main bed was not very comfortable and the walls were paper thin. The shower/bath curtain couldn't be closed completely so water would always get out. But overall stay was pleasant and kids had a good time!

Do not stay here Not worth the hype. Overrated. Went for New Years Eve and due to the rain we had to spend most of the day and the subsequent day at the hotel. Minimal activities for guests and kids ( activities were from 5:30pm-8:30pm). Save your money and stay elsewhere!

Horrible experience for kida Avoid! Poor customer service! Bunk beds not drilled to wall and tip over hazard! Manager izzie didn’t care and very poor experience and no customer service skills and no one open to feedback, beware!

Zach is pushy and deserves to be fired Zach at the front desk was HORRIBLE!!! I don’t know how he has this job. He interrupted another employee who was trying to check us in just so he could try to sell us a suite. We said no multiple times and he would not stop trying to sell us the suite. He was honestly so pushy and I felt backed into a corner. When he finally did check us in, he didn’t explain any information to us. I had to come back to front desk later to learn about the service wizard and that the rooms were energy saving. If I ever return, I hope he is not here because honestly he deserves to be fired for the way he treats guest and forces them into upgrades they don’t want.

It's a good choice We came to visit California and decided to stay at this hotel. We thought about other options but we stayed with this one because of the proximity to the park. It was worth it. The rooms are great for the kids. The fun continues in the afternoon (I think there are more activities where adults can participate). Jorge Ignacio gave us badges and a minifigure to my son. He only gave the other one badges, but my kids were very happy. He is a great worker. Another thing we liked was the check-in. You can do it yourself. It is fast. Even though it took a while to give us our room, the excellent service from everyone made up for it. A very good place.
