Friendliness and good service are synonymous with this hotel. Thanks to Jorge Ignacio from the lobby for his great work. The restaurant was closed, and he very kindly told us that we could have breakfast at the Castillo Hotel. It was very kind of him, and he gave us some Lego insignia and a minifigure that he carried in his brick with his name on it.

Zach is pushy and deserves to be fired Zach at the front desk was HORRIBLE!!! I don’t know how he has this job. He interrupted another employee who was trying to check us in just so he could try to sell us a suite. We said no multiple times and he would not stop trying to sell us the suite. He was honestly so pushy and I felt backed into a corner. When he finally did check us in, he didn’t explain any information to us. I had to come back to front desk later to learn about the service wizard and that the rooms were energy saving. If I ever return, I hope he is not here because honestly he deserves to be fired for the way he treats guest and forces them into upgrades they don’t want.

TERRIBLY TERRIBLE. Go to a Disney Hotel instead, they at least are trained to in their jobs and also in customer service! Legoland CA Hotel is disappointing for many reasons. The hotel is extremely loud and music is playing basically all day and into the night. NEVER agree to a room on the lobby floor. The Brick House Disco is a concert until 930 and people are walking up and down the hallways screaming and whistling. There’s also music playing in the hallways, and kids beds are positioned on the other side of the hallway walls-so I’m not sure how any of the kids make it to Legoland after not getting any sleep. This place is NOT cheap, but the accommodations are as well and broken and we were told our room was refurbished. I am an experience gift giver-BUT soend your money on LEGO sets to build instead of staying at this hotel. Please do not stay here, it is not worth even if it’s free.

Everything you see or think or say is awesome... Play Where adults and kids can be kids. Place is like a big playground with actual playgrounds all over. Your little ones can play from the moment you enter until you leave. Took our kids on a random day with their cousins. There are lots of places throughout the park for hands on building. Characters My son was amazed by seeing the Blue Astronaut from the Lego movie. The characters are throughout the park. Parking There is a lot of parking all over. The later in the day you come the further you'll park. We paid for general parking. Staff The employees are very friendly, both at the hotel and at the park, but there are some who stand out: a hotel employee named Jorge from the hotel lobby area, very kind and attentive. He brightened our morning. Good job, Jorge.
