Great stay! Had a very relaxing stay with very clean rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast (included), staff was great too. Very close to the Caverns and places to eat. Husband used the pool and said it was nice. Was able to do laundry, also. Just really nice.

Not clean To our surprise this was disappointing, it was not a clean hotel. Rooms were average with very old furniture, bath tub was not draining well. Breakfast was average as well. When there is so many other options this one will not be the one we pick again. They did have laundry room downstairs and Walmart was next door walking distance, location was good

Pool CLOSED, great location Pool is CLOSED! Staff will told me they are waiting on parts after the State inspector shut it down. Yikes. Too bad cause we really were looking forward to using the pool. Location is great, right between Walmart & Chilis. Provided breakfast is tasty with good variety. Hotel is a little dirty and exterior doors are broken. Also there is free guest laundry!

Very Goid! Hotel was modern stylish and clean. Beds and linen were very comfortable. Great lodging was what we needed after a long drive. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Carlsbad. Great breakfast as well!

excellent value for the money The staff is so accommodating and one front desk person went out of her way to find the maintenance man (who was painting a room), to turn on the whirlpool for me (a prior guest had pulled off the knob - GRRR - and the hotel is waiting for the part). Having an indoor pool & hot tub was a huge bonus. I appreciated the free guest laundry as well.
