Excellent Hotel Plenty of parking and the parking lot was well lit. The hotel was clean and well managed. Front desk personnel were courteous and professional. Check in and check out was easy. The room and all of the facilities were clean and in good working order. The location was close to any number of places to eat, fast food and other restaurants. This was definitly a positive hotel experience.

Worst Hampton Stay The hotel is currently doing a remodel. When checking in, the room on the third floor stank. I complained and was given a different room and it stank also. The carpet is what stinks. When I complained, I was given a can of Lysol. There was peeling paint, stains in tub, torn lamp shades and very worn furniture. At breakfast, there were waffles but no syrup, no plates, and no juices. When asking for some of the above, was told they didn't have any. Sorry. The woman attending was very rude. The women (including manager) were also rude. Didn't ask about stay when checking out or anything...just handed me receipt and turned to talk to each other. Worst Hampton Inn experience I have ever had.

Ok hotel The hotel was nice and staff were very nice and the breakfast extremely good. I'm giving it 3 stars because of the very strong cleaning products they use. It seemed like they were just spraying deodorizer to make it seem clean. It smelled like there had been an animal in the room on top of the other smells. I was told they shampoo the carpet in every room where an animal spent the night, but I'm not too sure about that.

Horrible and dirty Room smelled like a gym. Heavy chlorox smell in hallways. Sheets had holes in them. No alarm clock. Breakfast was horrible. Cold entrees. Air conditioning was loud. One elevator was broken. Expect better of Hampton Inn

Outdated Air conditioning in rooms are terrible and outdated, carpeting is outdated, smells bad, beds are uncomfortable, air didn’t work in the hallways so it was very musty & hot throughout the hotel. Placement of the tv made it hard for my daughter to see in the second bed.
