High-quality, recommend! Hot breakfast (biscuits/gravy, hard boiled eggs, waffles, cereals, juice, coffee, yogurt), recently renovated rooms, easy on/off freeway, pool/spa, very clean rooms, service dog friendly, cute downtown Carthage, highly recommend!!

Terrible place to stay.. bed is uncomfortable, sheets are rough and pillows are half the size of a standard pillow Room wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. AC didn’t work. Staff was folding laundry in the lobby and wearing tank tops and shorts

Nice Hotel The entrance is hard to find, especially in the dark. There is no sign pointing the way and I drove past it twice. TIP: it is the entrance that goes to the businesses next door. I did like the dual entrances to the room. The rooms on the first floor can be accessed from a door on the outside and a door from inside in the hallway, This made it much easier to load and unload the car.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. The staff went above and beyond making my stay a pleasant experience. The front desk person was very congenial, one staff member offered to help me with my luggage cart that was full while I pushed my mom in a wheelchair and later when I met up with the same staff member she asked if I needed anything else.

Best Motel in Carthage Missouri We have been here since May 19th 2024 due to storm damage to our home. The motel is the cleanest motel that we have in this town. Also the owners and staff are the best and make sure that you are taken care of.And the breakfast is very good as well. They also have a place to do your laundry while you are here. So if you need a place to stay give this motel a try.
