Sturgis week Bed was ok, we made do. Hotel is nice. The pool is great for kids. Breakfast was ok, but it’s free so I would say acceptable. It was Sturgis week so lots of bikes which was fine, but we arrived around 8pm and the girl at the front desk was frazzled and we were 3rd in line.. she received a call while we were checking in and was pretty rude w/ the person on the phone (from my end), but maybe I would be too if I was all by myself on a weekend night and Sturgis coming in.. I was surprised there was only 1 person at the desk. I gave her my cc and she took my info, gave me back my card and room keys and no other explanation.. I found out in the morning while checking out that they charge the card when you check out THEN you get your receipt.. would have been nice to have this info upfront.

Don’t expect fine hotel room amenities. This hotel room was badly in need of updating. The room was adequate but fixtures and furniture were shabby.. The bathroom overly small with the loudest fan every time you turned on the light. There was no way to turn the fan off. Obviously the fan didn’t work because the bathroom was wet and steamed up after a shower. The hotel staff were not overly friendly. The bar was dingy and no one tending the bar at dinner time. No patrons were in the bar at dinner time. We walked out.

if you are looking for a adventure book the Ramkota - you never know - you may like it or just hate it Well,, I selected the hotel because it had a high rating - I can tell you this.. They took amazing pictures - because the hotel is old, and smells like chlorine ( they have a pool in the middle ) - now the three nights I stayed, they didn't come by my room once - so strange (this is NOT COVID) - just lazy, they have a little bar (maybe 6 bar stools) and she couldn't handle it - it was amazing.. so strange - so, if you are looking for a adventure book the Ramkota - you never know - you may like it or just hate it

Ramkota Casper, Wyoming Upon arrival to the hotel, the front desk staff were efficient and accommodated my request to the top floor. The room has a sheet that states the executive floor rooms will receive a nightly snack. I called to the front desk to inquire and the lady had no idea what this was and wanted to send maintenance to see the paper. Of course I declined maintenance coming up. I’m in a room that does not face the pool and there is a lot of traffic noise. I use ear plugs when sleeping and kept the fan on. My room has a king bed and chair with ottoman. Coffee maker and fridge. Bathroom is clean. Toilet is very low and a challenge to me as I am very tall. Dinner last night was pork loin which was delicious; baked potato and salad with iceberg lettuce. I had a margarita which was a mix and not too good. The bartender definitely lacked professionalism and was not friendly. She needs a course on good customer service skills. Breakfast buffet was adequate with potatoes, eggs, sausage, pastries, cereal, waffles. The coffee was very good. This stay was booked for me. I’m not sure if I would stay here again.

Terrible Experience The hotel its self is rundown. The room was very unclean. Bathroom was disgusting. Had to wiggle the shower handle to get it to work. Room smelled like mildew/must. Got locked out of the room because the sliding door is old and auto locks when you shut it. Pool is deceiving. Kids were looking forward to playing basketball as shown in the picture. There is no basketball hoop. When you walk in lobby smells like smoke because everyone is smoking right outside the lobby. Go somewhere else!
