"Home away from home" I stayed at the MainStay on an extended business trip. The hotel offered everything I needed. The kitchenette and the sofa sleeper made my long stay comfortable. The staff was friendly an accomadating. Housekkeping kept my room clean and stocked. I would reccomend this to any business traveler or family.

Charged us for damages we did not do This hotel accused my family of damaging a bathroom tile and charged us $500. It wasn't easy getting a hold of the manager to talk about these charges. I tried contacting the corporate office, and they, in turn, said to talk to the manager, and then the manager said to speak to corporate. They are giving me the runaround. We did not cause the damage. I was taken advantage of, and there is no way to prove we did not cause this damage. It is our word against the hotel. When my family checked in when they got to the room, the door was open, there was a spill in the middle of the kitchen, the toiletries were not filled, and there was a broken tile. It is clear to us that room service did not properly clean the room and so then probably didn't look behind the bathroom door to see that the tile was broken before we arrived. We visit Casper 2-3 times a year for soccer and spend hundreds of dollars. So if you travel to Casper for sports, make sure this hotel doesn't take advantage of you by charging you for the damages already there. I will be warning other sport and soccer families about our experience.

Horrible hotel for the high price charged There was absolutely nothing about this hotel that I was happy with. The price was way too high ($134) for a hotel quality. It does not have a breakfast considering the high price. They have no king sized beds which is unacceptable these days. I don't think the bed we got was even a queen size, I have never slept on a smaller bed. The location is miles from any Casper activities or shopping. The room was very small considering the price they charged us. The heater did not work properly. It would get so hot you could barely breathe before it went off and would not come back on until the room was very cold and had been cold for a while. The loud fan ran constantly and was very distractiing. Using the TV was very confusing. Needless to say, we will never stay at a Mainstay Suites hotel and will never recommend it to others.

Double Charged This hotel double charged my credit card for a one night stay. I have since called the hotel 6 x in the past month to rectify and each time was told my concern was being sent to accounting office. Last call today the desk clerk talked over me but gave me the email address to corporate because apparently there is no one to speak to. Thus far a horrible experience , poor customer service and I will never stay here again.

Mainstay Suites in Casper has all the bases covered. Exceptional staff, one of the singular best service experiences I've had. Patient and understanding management, happy to help and direct you to anything you need, kitchenette is great for making and storing small meals while away from home, comfortable beds, 24 hour fitness and laundry rooms, various free amenities, pool, and hot tub. Shower heads that a real person would use, not the small, way-too-low-hanging showerheads that seem to be standard in hotels, clean and comfortable sheets and towels, pet friendly, and quiet halls. Breakfast is standard fare, nothing exceptional, but good enough to hold you over or get you on the road. Friendly faces and nice manners are a standard of Casper, and Mainstay suites is no exception. Good for a solo experience for a couple of nights, and I imagine accomodations are similar for groups or families. Would highly recommend.
