Clean Cosy hotel The stay was enjoyable. The rooms were clean and close to Manmmoth caves. The best part of the experience was the staff specifically Marlina at the reception desk. Marlina was very friendly and helped answer all my questions about things to. When she didn’t know the answer, she reached out to her family and got the answers! Super happy. Will recommend this hotel to everyone. The only downside was the lack of options with breakfast.

Disappointing start to vacation. Sleep Inn, is a brand with which we are familiar, therefore we were quite surprised at the poor quality of this lodging. First, the good; the rooms were spacious, the beds and bedding comfortable. The hotel was very clean. The parking area was large with most sites near the hotel. However, the elevator was not working on this three story building and many families struggled with both children and luggage. The inside pool room was so hot and stuffy, we had to open the door to the outside to cool off; the outside temperature was in the 90's! The included breakfast consisted of coffee, juice and waffles, no protein. This is a vacation area due to Mammoth Cave National Park and breakfast should be more substantial.

Good Stay The staff is great. The room was great. The rate was great. The elevator is scary. The breakfast is less than satisfactory. The elevator doors would open, semi-close, and finally open all the way again. It shimmied before stopping on the floor. It left one feeling like they would get stuck on the elevator, and on a Sunday in Cave City, who knew how long that would be if it happened? happened. The breakfast is less than satisfactory. The breakfast offered no meat or eggs. At least the waffle makers offered a regular size and the four individual ones. The original batter came out so fast, it overflowed the cup. The regular and sugar-free syrup need better labeling, There were only two cereal choices and two juice choices. The juice tasted stale. Other than the breakfast, this is one of the best Sleep Inn and Suites I have stayed at.

A great choice for an overnight. Selected Sleep Inn as the reviews were positive. Started with a very friendly checkin gal. Room was spacious, clean, and beds were very comfortable. The next morning we were pleasantly surprised by all the choices for breakfast. We will certainly select Sleep Inn on our future travels.

Disappointed, will not stay at this chain again. I am very disappointed. The rooms at this Sleep Inn are tiny. The pool is a large bathtub. Breakfast was minimal at best. And this was the most expensive stay we had in ten days of this caliber hotel. Staff was friendly, but doesn’t make up for the rest.
