Maintenance is poor I stayed here two years ago and it was ok for the price, but now it is under different management and it has not been maintained. The room smelled like industrial cleaner when we walked in. It was over powering. The water smells like rotten eggs - they obviously haven’t changed the anode rod in the water heaters. But worst of all was the bath. The door would not close, there is mold on the ceiling and there is no shower - just a pipe with water. Please see pictures.

No Quality at all I should have researched the reviews, filthiest place ever! The photos are from May 2024. Based on the advertising fotos, I booked in advance! What a shock, dirt, filth everywhere, curtains had holes, smoke detector hanging on a wire, no security look. Maid opened door without knocking. Pool and Hot Tub doors jammed, Hot Tub was filthy green, windows dirty. Breakfast itself was ok, no milk/creamer for coffee and the server didn't speak english. No receipt at check-out, claimed printer was broken. Never again!

Not good. The room was dingy and musty. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned adequately (there was brown splatter on the toilet that looked like it had been there a while). When we arriveed, the toilet valve was turned off and the tak was empty - presumably because it was noisy on an occasional basis. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower would periodically turn ice cold or scalding hot, likely due to water being turned on (or a toilet being flushed) in a different room. To avoid.

Worst hotel in Utah First room they gave us was not clean at all and smelled horrible. Room 228. The “cleaner better room” they gave us smelled better but I had to play plumber and take apart the shower drain and remove 10 years of hair just to get the shower to drain. Don’t look at the pictures on the website for consideration or if you do just plan on about 100 times dirtier than what it appears. The hot tub was warm but no jets and water was yellow. If you want to catch some go ahead and take a soak. Last but not least the breakfast was ok but they ran out of paper plates the day before and only had small cups/bowls to hold a waffle bacon and eggs and other items. I mean there is a walmart 5 miles away go get plates for your paying guest. I personally don't know how this hotel has even a 3 star rating. I stay in hotels weekly for work and this is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in for over 3 years. Go to motel 6 before here.

Needs a correction in ratings. It is a 2. I have traveled all over the country in Choice hotels, and generally go by the ratings. So when I saw a high rating for the QI and not much difference either in rating or price from the CI, I chose the QI. I have had some really good QI experiences. They are often older hotels that have been upgraded. This one is an older motel. I have a big rolling suitcase, so being told that there were no units available on the ground floor, I accepted that. No biggie, I can just take a change of clothes up the stairs in a knapsack. But at that point I already regretted I had prepaid on my Choice card Then the tv didn’t work. I called the office. Sometimes the prior tenant breaks them, I was told. Plus there is nobody else here so I can’t come up there to fix it. It is a shame they spend money for modern equipment and cable service but can’t keep it running for the guests’ enjoyment. Strike one. I will say the bed was comfortable. Next morning the breakfast was strike two. All the breakfast choices they are required to have were there, but everything was the lowest quality possible. No real OJ, some kind of sugary fake stuff like Tang. One small pot of coffee, no decaf. White bread like Wonder bread. The cereals were the sugar kind like froot loops that nobody should be eating, including kids. There was fruit but not many healthy choices. I took a yogurt and realized I would need to stop somewhere for breakfast. As I left off my key I mentioned that I had no tv and the evening manager didn’t do anything about it. He said he would give me a ten percent refund. That is something, and I thanked him. It is days later and no partial refund. I got the notification of my stay from Choice, but I didn’t get the customary email which allows you to rate the hotel on Choice.com. I have done several of them on this trip. They usually arrive as soon as you check out. So that was strike three. I just went through recent reviews there, one of which is verbatim from the advertisement. In other words, it was put up by the management. To me that is fraud. Choice needs to know this one is in trouble. Some of us use those reviews to make our decisions. So I am using this platform to correct the false impression that 4 rating gives it. This is a 2. Nothing special, poor breakfast, poor customer service. It is not horrible. But I can’t recommend.
