Lovely hotel in Cedar Falls We used this hotel as a gathering for a family reunion in July. It was fabulous! the rooms are all suites, we got a fantastic rate and utilized their meeting room for the entire three days. The staff was fabulous, attentive, and accommodating to our needs. The rooms were fabulous as they are all suites! The bed was comfortable, the pillows plush, and linens clean.

Hidden Gem This is one of the rare hotels where they get it----check-in is easy, and rooms are clean--also in a great location, near the Walmart, off the highway. Breakfast had many options, great business are for computer/emails etc. I've stayed here a few times over the last 7 years, and its maintained the same level of excellence the entire time !

Great Experience, Love this hotel! Great place!! Friendly staff clean room and super comfortable beds and the internet worked great! Convieniant location- I could get anywhere I needed to go in Cedar Falls in 10 mins or less. This is about my 5th or 6th time staying at this hotel- and I plan on staying here everytime I'm in Cedar Falls! Thank you comfort suites staff for making my stay great!

A few problems, but not bad We stayed in the Comfort Suites to attend Homecoming weekend at Wartburg College (Waverly was booked solid). Rooms were decently clean. Our bath mat had some cringy stains on it (blood?) but I tried to ignore them as I was just stepping on it lol. Bathroom was nice, but didn't contain a spare TP roll, we had to ask for one. Breakfast was very good for a hotel at this price range: Hot eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffles, hash browns, etc as well as the usual cold offerings. My major complaint is that it is located off of a VERY noisy road. You'll hear trucks grind by for the nearby stoplight all night, as well as hot rodders, etc. Do yourself a favor and request a room on the other side of the building. This wasn't a problem late at night, but noise from the hallway was surprisingly loud as well. We were near the elevator which seemed to be a gathering point for loud conversations throughout the evening. Not sure why these rooms can't be a bit more soundproofed. But overall a decent place to stay.

Clean and comfortable! I thoroughly enjoyed my one stay. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were professional and helpful. The breakfast was good with plenty of hot and cold selections. The outside area was well lit and felt safe. I highly recommend.
