Book a Room somewhere else. I was here for 5 months on business. At first the room smelled like a dog. The last few nights there my AC slowed down and finally stopped working. I was told by the manager (BECKY) that the AC was fine. She said there is nothing to do. I told her that I had been sweating all night. She said, "OH WELL". I told her you just lost a customer.

DISGUSTING I turned this hotel into the BBB because is was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in and wanted a refund for the 2 nights that I did not stay there because it was so gross. The manager would not refund me for the 2 nights I did not stay there and then lied about it when Expedia asked for the refund for me. The BBB could not even get ahold of anybody at this place. What kind of business is this that will not respond to the BBB? Very concerning!!! Do not waste your money staying here like I did!!

Worst place I have ever stsyed This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. The room was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. There were urine spots on the toilet and brown residue in the tub. The toilet did not flush right. The linens smelled like body odor. Terrible place

Nope I do take into account that with a cheap hotel you should lower your expectations, but even after doing that the level of indifference from people here would have to be experienced to be believed. I asked if we might have some toilet paper for the room (not, I don't think, the most extravagant request in the world.) and was met with "Front desk is closed." (it was 8:15, so not exactly midnight), "What would you like me to do?" I asked. "Front desk is closed." There was other things, but I won't bore you with everything that's wrong with this pitiful place.

I got bit Stayed there 9/29/22 in room 112. Got home the next day and notices three small bites on my right hand all within an inch apart. The room was clean but the carpet look warn. There was a small pervasive cigarette smell as well. I had to open the window to get fresh air.
