Great stay in Cedar Falls! More than the other Super 8 hotels! Full breakfast, nice rooms, friendly staff that tends to your needs! Good location that currently has a lot of construction but that will be done soon. Highly recommend this property for a pleasant and budget friendly stay!

Great Value; Friendly Staff What a great place to stay for a couple days! The breakfast was delicious (had eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy in addition to traditional cereals, oatmeal and bagels). Why pay more when this hotel provides a great stay with everything you’d want.

Better that a typical Super 8 The room was a good size and the bathroom and shower were in good condition. The beds were a little firmer than I like but still comfortable. The pool area was basic but nice. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of options including hot options of eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns.

Good place to stay Clean room, clean lobby, clean hallway. Friendly, helpful employees at desk and housekeeping. Nice bathroom. Wish there were a nightlight in the bathroom. Typical breakfast items, everything that was supposed to be hot was kept hot and everything that was supposed to be kept cold was cold.

Cedar Falls Spring Visit Lots of construction in this area... but is manageable with GPS assist. This motel is moderately priced and is a good value for the money... if you are looking for a clean place to sleep/ shower and well located to much in CF... yes, I would recommend this motel.
