This property needs some TLC! Gave a 2 star review only because the rooms are clean, beds are comfortable but definitely needs some maintenance. Refrigerator was old and had paint peeling inside, paint peeling/bubbling on ceiling and door in restroom. Could hear every conversation/Tv etc. in other rooms. Side doors do not open with your card key and from some of the other reviews I just read, apparently have not worked for over a year. The one time I went out the side door to get something from my vehicle the marijuana smell in the air was so bad I'd be afraid to get drug tested for fear I'd fail the test ! The "breakfast" was microwaved/steamed egg fold-overs with cheese melted in the center, cold link and patty sausage.

Horrible Spent $220 for one night to not have a pool to relax in due to it being “broken.” When we asked about a discount for no pool the lady at the front desk who claims she’s not a manager, which she sure did not even attempt to be, gave every excuse in the book. We later got a phone call “that the pool was fixed & fine to go in.” The pool had algae! We were lied to because she didn’t even try to resolve the situation by even calling a manager for us to even talk to. Will never stay here again.

Worst management I have ever experience I am told by Choice reservation that a hot breakfast is served at this location. When I get there, the manager tells me that Choice doesn't know anything and that there is no hot breakfast in the morning. I express my disappointment and point out to her that it is bad business to have the people that make the reservations tell customers one thing and then be told another at the hotel. I ask for a refund, so I could go to another hotel, and the manager tells me I had booked a non-refundable room and I would not be getting a refund. I go ahead and ask for my room and it is at this time the manager tells me that no only am I not getting a refund but I am not staying there and she kicked me out. So the way this hotel does business is to take your money and find a reason to kick you out. That is exactly what happened to me. Worst manager and experience. She was rude and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Basketball tournaments stay Decent accommodations the room was fine. Elevator didn't always work but the stairs were fine. Pool was good for the kids. Appreciate that they had laundry facilities. Breakfast was okay but the guy serving it was awesome.
