Friendly staff and clean, quiet rooms. It was almost midnight and we stopped here after a terrible experience at another hotel. The gentleman at reception was very helpful and said they had one double room by the pool. At this point many other hotels were fully booked so we decided to stay. He checked us in quickly, told us where to find breakfast and explained how to find the room as the property is quite large. The room was in another building located directly across from the pool and game room. When we arrived there were several families with children running around screaming. By this time it was after midnight and I was annoyed because the area had closed by this time but once I closed the door to the room it was quiet and there was only a minimum noise of people walking in the hallway. The room and bathroom were clean and updated. I would stay here again, just not directly across from the pool/game room if I had the choice.

Great hotel except for Foul language of staff members Normally Hampton has been our choice of hotel. It looked like and felt like the Hampton hotels we have stayed at in the past. One thing that was a little upsetting was that while we sat eating breakfast the cook and a snow plow driver stood in the breakfast area exchanging profanities which if I had children with my I would have objected to their loud voices and use of profanities. Someone should tell the staff there are guests within ear range.

Great overnight stay Only disappointment was hot tub was not working and pool water was a little cold. Breakfast was great. Waffles with all the trimmings. Eggs, sausage, and potatoes. Bed was great and room was clean. Parking was plentiful. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming.

Very dirty and musty Room smelled terrible. Walls phone thermostat door handle were dirty and not cleaned at all. Slept on top of sheets. Breakfast was complimentary but lacked variety. No bacon sausage or scramble eggs just egg whites. Not a great experience for the price. I would expect it at a motel not a Hilton.

A high risk nightmare This place is a bloody disaster! First of all the area is a dangerous crime zone, and unsavoury types seem to be the norm. The rooms are smaller than I have ever seen, and I would compare the bathroom in the size range of an airplane toilet. It’s definitely a hotel that allows smoking-and consequently stinks to high heaven.
