Excellent Hotel After having spent the last 2 days in a rather run-down Corporate Hotel in Atlanta came to Cedartown Inn & Suites for my next 2 nights. All I can say is WELL DONE to the Staff & Management of this hotel. I've been staying here for many years when I work in Cedartown and have seen the property going in the wrong direction for a great review. Now, the property is very clean, staff is great and the breakfast was outstanding! All I can say is Great Job and keep up the excellent work!

Nope, Never Again Definitely Terrible. Never Again. Dried black mode coming out of A/C unit. Mold on bottom of beds. No breakfasts in the mornings even when advertised. No pool even when advertised. Broken refrigerators, broken washing machines littered complex. No room cleaning service on second or third day of stay. There excuse not to clean rooms or clean towels or taking out trash was "Going Green". I say that's no reason not to give basic clean rooms and clean towels every day. Disgusting Dirty.

Excellent Room was quiet. Everything clean. Comfy bed and pillows. AC worked well. Staff. were friendly and available. They gave me a 20% discount for being in town to ride the Silver Comet bike trail! They have an elevator, unlike the higher priced Quality Inn across the street. My only complaint is the minimal breakfast. There was oatmeal but no cereal. By the time I got there (30 min before the end) the meat was gone; I was told once it's gone, it's gone. I had to ask the front desk for milk, which she was quick to bring out for me.

Rundown and dirty First of all, the clerk working at the front desk was very nice and helpful. She was the best part of the hotel! The hall on the second floor and our room smelled like dogs! I am a dog owner and know that you can control the smell with the right cleaning products. There was not adequate cleaning to remove the smell. You could tell they had sprayed and attempted to disguise the smell but it was terrible! Our eyes were watering from the mix of animal smell and deodorizer! The bathtub was old and had been sprayed with a coating that looked dirty and was peeling off. The exposed plumbing under the sink had been repaired and there was red paint all over the white pipes that looked like blood at first glance. We booked a suite with a sofa but we’re told when we arrived that there was no sofa so we would have to use a rollaway bed that took up all the extra space that we paid for. I didn’t even complain to the poor lady at the desk because there were just so many problems she had no control over.

Horrible!! Disgusting!!! This was the most disgusting place I have ever seen. If I could give it a 0 star I would. It should be a motel not hotel. Carpet appeared to have blood or poop stains all over it. We were scared to even take shoes off. Even showered with shoes on. There was mold on shower curtain, shower handle, ceiling in bathroom, shower head. The room smelled t disgusting like someone had lived in there for a very long time and never took a bath. Breakfast stopped at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. The staff was very friendly except for the cleaning lady who was screaming GD as we walked by the room she was cleaning. Save your $ sleep in your car. DISGUSTING!!!! FILTHY!!!! OVER PRICED FOR WHAT YOU GET!!!! THANK GOD I HAD MICROBAN SPRAY!!!
