Nice place to stay The renovations made on this hotel are very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful! Would definitely recommend! Only thing I would say is that there are a few holes in the floor on the second floor and I about twisted my ankle.

Don't stay here Price was ridiculous because apparently it was Mom's week-end at U of I. Only room we could get to visit our granddaughter for her birthday so we decided to just stay in this awful hotel. Don't stay here. You don't even get a bad hotel breakfast!

Very disappointed We stopped for the night on our way to Iowa. We are IHG members and really like staying at the different properties. We booked this hotel while driving. When we parked there was a car next to us that left its door open. When we got to the front desk there were 3 shady looking guys hanging out down there. We told them about car door, one guy got all weird and said he would go close it, not knowing whose car it was. Our first set of keys didn't work, so we had to go back down to the desk. It was 11p and we were tired. Then we get to our room it was super hot. We turned A/C on and it was barely blowing. It never got cooler in our room, started at 73 degrees ended at 74 degrees. The toilet ran all night. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. Good thing it was just for one night. We will not be staying at this property ever again.

Will NOT be staying here ever again! Booked room in January for baseball tournament in July, didn’t have requested room available when we checked in. So they gave us two rooms instead. That night we got bed bug bites in both room, hardly slept before game. They switched us to another single room. New room has leaking AC - constantly wet carpet. Found an end of a joint sitting on the floor. Microwave had broken vent in back, fire hazard. Floor is hallway soft and bounced when walked on. Elevator inspection signed had expired date and was loud, jerky and felt unsafe. Random vagrant with belonging bag sleeping face down in stair hall. When these concerns were brought up, it took 5 days to hear back after multiple calls. Only received one night refund. Regional manager very rude, said they hold themselves to a high standard and trained in pest detection and safety. He told me there were no bugs and has since rented it out, basically calling us liars even though we had itchy welts all over and was sent photos of proof. Had no interest in the other concerns. Called corporate, they were also no help, said the regional manager declined to reimburse us for any of the other nights. Will NOT be returning, hope to spare others from terrible facility. Several other baseball families also didn’t have the requested rooms and had to go elsewhere to find a place to stay.

Place needs work Stayed here for a class. The staff was great and free coffee in lobby was nice. The room was clean and the bathroom had what it needed. The main issue in my room was that the recliner handle was missing and wouldn’t recline. A person I traveled with had a chair for the table missing and the AC really didn’t work well. The biggest concern was on the second floor around room 207 the floor seemed spongy. Wasn’t a horrible stay but for an IGH brand it was disappointing.
