Good stay option Stayed at this hotel when my family was checking out a NASCAR race in early March. It was a bit far away from the track but it was the best price option since all the hotels in the area were charging a crazy amount. Overall it was a good place to stay. No complaints.

Run down, below Hampton standards. We are long-time loyal Hilton members who have stayed at Hampton Inn for over 40 years. We stayed at this Hampton during an LPGA tournament in Chandler. By far, this hotel did not live up at all to the Hilton brand standards. Old, tired and needing an update. Breakfast was below par from typical breakfast. Food not restocked, no bananas or apples, had to ask the orange juice to be restocked. Poor attention to detail. Will not be staying here again.

Go somewhere else - uncaring staff Stayed here and requested a disabled room on 1st floor. They put me on the 2nd floor so I asked to change and got 1st floor but not disabled room. The sheets on the bed had gray stains on them. They had no bottled water. The room was spacious. Just before 5am I got woke up by a loud noise and couldn't figure out what it was - well it was the bathroom ceiling leaking and the bathroom was flooded so I couldn't use it- called front desk they said they could move me upstairs but just had surgery and that wouldn't work - then informed no one could look at it to later. So I checked out at 7am the staff couldn't care less. The manager offered 1200 points what a joke and then they implied they count get it to leak again making it sound like it wasn't - as you can see from the pic it was pouring out - I will reach out to Hilton - but skip this place after reading the reviews I wish I had seen them first and gone somewhere else

Dirty room-condom on floor Found a condom between the headboard and the wall right where my cat was sitting. Therapy grossed out I grab down tissues and threw it away and then showered both me and my cat. Told front desk as I was leaving-I had booked through Priceline so the front desk lady said to call Priceline and she would have my back. Called Priceline while driving back to my home state and they called the hotel. The hotel then said they required photographic evidence in order to refund or partial refund me. They went to the room and couldn’t find the condom-CAUSE I THREW IT AWAY. So incredibly inept and very disappointed. Plus the towels were not great. I do not recommend this hotel

Dirty rooms So first of all I’m a flight attendant and we had to stay down here because downtown was all booked up, wouldn’t be my first choice. But walked in to a dirty room, no remote, towels on the ground. I call and no one could change my room. Not even when i tell them that there is blood splatters on my sheets. Pictures below. Wouldn’t stay here ever again nothing near here walkable and no shuttle.
