Great place! Top floors newly remodeled! Great stay! We visit yearly for a convention. Location is excellent as it shares a parking lot with the Expo Center. Hotel is being renovated and we stayed on top floor in a new room. So nice! I stayed five days and never ever heard any renovation work. Front desk staff was great, as in every year. Bob O’s for breakfast and shout out to our great server Kenny. The only complaint I have with this hotel is their pool has been “closed for renovations”…. For the last three years. I will continue to stay here every year for the convention.

Perfect for business visits and people visiting through the airport. I went there for a conference in DC, that hotel was very convenient as they had a shuttle to pick me up from the airport. The shuttle part was pretty easy I just had to call the hotel and they told me where to go. The rooms were also pretty nice, if I come back to DC this would definitely be my top choice.

It was...OK. Our niece booked us here for her wedding, which was great. The hotel...eh. When we walked into the room, it smelled like dirty sweatsocks, and someone had spilled something - I don't wanna know what - all over the back of the office chair. We asked for another room, and it was better - had a kind of earthy smell, which as a gardener I don't mind. The only problem with this one is that the toilet ran and the wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. It's obviously an older property that hasn't had a facelift in a while, and although the staff was invariably friendly, I'd have to give it a single star - if not for the bartenders in the restaurant. With one star for bartender Chris and another for bartender Vicky, who were engaging, attentive and professional, three stars is the best I can do.

Not worth it The 1st room I was given smelled musty. I was given a new room which smelled better but the tub had rust bubbling up around the drain. It was nasty. Yes, it was inexpensive but there is no way I would stay here again. Also, the front desk staff were never there.

Aging hotel seemingly neglected by corporate overlords Been coming here every year for Super Smash Con, and this place could use an update. A lot of broken/damaged furniture and walls, terrifying noises from the elevators, water damage from cracks in the bathroom walls, and the beds and pillows were so flat that the front desk was up half the weekend fulfilling requests for more bedding. The wireless internet was also entirely unusable. Sure, walking to the expo center is convenient, but it seems like that’s the only selling point now.
