Perfect for the price! This is our absolute “go-to” for stays in/near Chanute, KS. It’s always quiet, comfortable, and cost-friendly! Don’t pay too much for the other chain hotels in town. Absolutely nothing wrong with this place! Oh, small breakfast offering, and an outdoor swimming pool!

A well-maintained, classic motor hotel A well-maintained motor hotel. Fresh carpet, paint, bedding. Padded mattress. Sink outside bathroom, a plus for couple efficiency. Large mini-refrigerator with freezer compartment. Microwave. Full, not half, standard size pillows. Continental breakfast plus waffle maker and oatmeal. A very comfortable stay at this price point.

Great Place to Stay I love to travel. Finding motel rooms like this one enable me to do so. I don't live in my room. I sleep there and clean up for the new day. Clean, quiet and less than $60 a night. The bed is comfortable. Fridge, microwave, TV and internet. Coffee in the room if you like or get some at the serve yourself breakfast. Friendly, helpful owners. I recommend this motel for basic great service and accommodations at a sensible price.

Great Value This is not your typical Knights Inn. I stay here every time I am in the area. Andy is a great host, polite and personable. He strives to offer good accommodations at a good price. If you're looking for lodging similar to the Holiday Inn or Marriott, this isn't the place for you. If value, cleanliness, and peace and quiet is what you're looking for, here's your place.
