Always welcome This hotel is beautiful. The lobby is amazing. I have no complaints on the rooms. Miss Cortea is a very professional and knowledgeable staff member, she currently works at the front desk. Miss Cotea make you feel very welcome along with the rest of staff.

Dirty Stayed here due to late arrival at CHS. Utilized an IHG free night here but noticed the room rate was around $200. I would have been throughly unhappy if I paid cash rate. Lobby kind of smelled and floors were sticky in areas. Room was dated, felt dirty. The shower had mold in the grout. Fine for a place to lay our head for a night but felt bad for people staying multiple nights for a convention. No thanks.

Decent option near airport, but restaurant lacking. We stayed for one night. Hotel has free shuttle and is close to airport. The room was large and had good amenities. Keurig machine. Bed was comfortable and bedding nice. I found the general hotel areas drab and I inviting. Bar and restaurant were soulless. Food was very average.

NO HOT WATER Located in a safe area of North Charleston with easy access to both the airport and I 26. The hotel has a restaurant on site. However, the hours can vary daily. We arrived to the hotel, there was NO HOT WATER! Plans for the evening in Charleston were canceled due to this issue assistant general manager advised he would comp dinner at the restaurant. However, we were later charged and billed on our credit card for the meal, WOW! To address the manager, but he would not return or take our calls.

Fake Gym Pictures Bait and switch on gym. The gym pictures on the IHG website are not even close to accurate. Pool is nice. Rooms are nice. Internet very spotty. I would rather have stayed at the Marriott up the road, with a huge gym and pool.
