The best experience ever. Room*320* The staff is the best I have ever seen EVER in any of the hotels I have ever stayed in while traveling. The wonderful lady that checked us in was very very pleasant. The room was super clean and very comfortable to be in. When we went to Breakfast. A older lady in a wheelchair was cold and the morning desk lady brought her a blanket. Very satisfied .

Another nice stay. A regular stop over for us on our way to North Carolina and family. We are usually pretty tired by the time we get to the hotel and it's nice to know everything will be ready for a good night's sleep. Every employee we have come in contact with over our multiple visits has been great, especially the front desk. Our rooms have been clean and comfortable. Breakfast has a good amount of choices and the attendant keeps the food coming! Our best review is continuing to stay here, and we will be back at the end of September on our way to a wedding.

Passable, needs serious updates. We were pleased to find this property on TripAdvisor as the number one property in the area. Bit of a come down when we checked in. The staff here were all working their tails off and every interaction we had was very professional. Breakfast was well stocked and tended to and the host was friendly! Both guest services representatives were friendly. This property just needs investment. Examples include the carpet needs replaced in the halls, a long-running stain escorted us to our our room where the faceplate on the doorframe was missing so that every time we pulled our door open it screeched, the pull out bed was stained and we needed to get the linens from the desk, and the closet in the bedroom wouldn’t close. The room probably needed to be out of order because I’m not 100% it was safe with the door issue.

Rooms are NOT clean We stayed at this location for the State Tennis Championship. We opted for this location because the location was close to where we would be playing and photos and reviews appeared to be decent. Upon arrival we quickly discovered the photos were deceiving. Very outdated and needs completely renovated. Half of the time the tv did not work and the room was not cleaned to my standard. Layers of dust on the headboards, smell of mold, and the dresser was falling apart. Walking down the hallways some of the doors looked as if they may had been punched at some point. I had a toddler with me so upon leaving I made sure to check the drawers to make sure he had not put any of his toys inside. One drawer contained black gloves, a plastic baggie and zip ties . The next drawer had a pile of dirty clothes. I did let the person at the front desk know that housekeeping may want to make sure they are checking all drawers and cabinets and advised them what I found. The staff at this location were extremely kind during our stay. However I will not stay here again due to how the poorly the rooms are maintained.

Great hotel The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and kind. Their breakfast offerings were top notch. Room was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of amenities. Best hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. Worth the price.
