Great Hotel! From the flavored water available at the front desk, to the attention paid to us by the staff at the full breakfast the next morning, everything about our stay was wonderful. I highly recommend the Charlotte Holiday Inn!

over priced Pros +large room +nice pancake machine Cons - coffee make had debris floating inside - shower / tub did not drain - toilet seat loose - room key did not work and we had to use the adjoining room to get in for our entire stay. Looks to be a problem, as 2 other rooms on our floor also had the same problem. - Coffee in lobby was empty 50% of the time, even for breakfast

Bad place to get a room. I can’t believe people stay in this place unbelievable that this place is open got a room on sat. Night rained outside and guess what we got wet the window was put in but never chalked also put in a room with a bad smell and dirty as hell u could smell mold all the wallpaper in the rooms are coming apart. My sister in law rented a room also and had mushrooms growing in the room. They need to shut this place down and the pool was green and cold. I will never be going back. 168 a night it’s a joke.

Avoid the hotel at all costs! A nightmare! Check-in at 3PM was not available as the rooms weren't cleaned yet. Had to change clothes for a wedding in a conference room and use the lobby bathroom for makeup! Never got a room key until 9:30 PM after wedding - and since there was no one at the desk or in any public space, went behind the desk to locate a room card. In the room, there were no towels, only some of the lights worked, the telephone didn't work, the coffee maker didn't work, and only one outlet in the bathroom worked. The arm of the desk chair was broken. Other friends reported bed bugs! Find another hotel if you need to stay in this area!!

There is no hot tub The website advertises the “hot tub” there is no hot tub. It is also listed in the amenities. Also was told there is a nice hot breakfast with pancake maker etc. only thing serves was eggs and sausage… not sure how that’s considered anything like what they advertise. Another thing my door was jammed, key barely worked had to yank the door open. And last but certainly not least the staff were very rude and unprofessional and when asked about the hot tub or breakfast was told they were going to kick us out and call the police. Was not rude at all just simply asked a question.
