Outstanding hotel! Bring a chair We stayed in the room with a separate bedroom, and sleeper couch. I’ll cover the pros, which are many, and then the cons. The living room was a pretty good size. The TV was large and not too distant that you needed binoculars to see. There are 36 cable channels, no channel guide, Disney or National Geographics. There was a comfortable easy chair. The bedroom had a queen bed that was comfortable and the TV in the bedroom was large and easy to sea from the bed. There was a small area that can be used as a desk. Like in the living room, lots of drawers and good closet space. The kitchen had a fairly large dining room table. There was a full-size fridge with an automatic ice-maker and full-size microwave – not the small hotel sized ones. The kitchen was stacked with plenty of plates, flatware, pots and pans. There was a dishwasher and an electric stovetop. There was plenty of paper towels when needed. There was even a bulletin board in the kitchen. The bathroom was spacious. The bathtub was quite comfortable. There was good water pressure. Importantly, there was plenty of counter space around the bathroom sink and the lighting was outstanding. There were three towels and each one was of high quality with plenty of thick water absorbing strands. There is plenty of drawer, shelf and closet space for anyone. The A/C is controlled by a modern thermostat. There was very good lighting in all the rooms and big windows that could be partially opened. There were lots of electrical outlets, and a clock radio next to the bed. There was also lots of closet space to hang up your wardrobe. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with whatever I needed. All phone calls were free of charge. There were lots of luggage carriers so I never had any problems getting one to load or offload the car. You need a car because there’s nothing to walk to. The cons are rather insignificant, but good to know. The mirror in the bathroom is the only mirror in the place. There are quite long hallways if you’re far from the elevator. They charge $5 a day for parking which is unusual because there’s nothing around, but they were willing to wave that charge when I was accurately shocked that they would charge me for parking. Finally, the biggest disadvantage was that there was only one chair (office type) to sit around the good-sized dining room table.

Will stay again We were in Charlotte to visit our grandkids for the Easter holiday. First time we've stayed at this hotel and we'll definitely return. Safe, convenient area & the property was well-kept. Nice room, clean, functional. Price was great. Love the full fridge, dishwasher, 2 burners, & microwave as we do like to bring some of our own food to save $$ & stay keto. Water pressure in the shower was plenty strong; so often a problem in other hotels, but not here! And the staff was wonderful and friendly. Very accomodating of our request to be on ground floor (I'm disabled and could not safely evac down stairs in an emergency). Easy access for power wheelchair from parking lot into lobby too, and plenty of room to park & charge it in the room. Lots of handicapped parking spots as well. We'll be back to stay here again!

Thank you Marissa G Marissa Gianton made our stay pleasant. She was so attentive to the concerns we had with the room. She personally worked to resolve our issue and eventually moved us to another room. We really appreciated that. That's what we call above and beyond customer service.

Pay more and stay elsewhere - you're not saving that much Without GPS this hotel is ridiculously-hard to find and little to no signage, with no restaurants or other services around it. Which makes it harder to justify a $5 parking fee in the middle of nowhere, but that's their policy. Check in was nice and while the overall appearance was a bit sub-standard the room was clean. However you can hear every noise around and above you, and there was no way I could find to turn off the icemaker on the in-room fridge, which kept dropping ice every couple of hours all night. So besides lack of sleep, the next morning my toilet was clogged and almost over-flowing. I walked down to the front desk and asked if they had a plunger, figuring they'd say no, that maintenance would be there shortly to fix it. Nope. They got me a plunger so I had to unclog my own toilet. There were a number of staff around (maids, etc) when this happened so it really took me by surprise. First time I ever had to unclog a hotel toilet in my life. There was more but you get the idea. It's not worth the $10-20 you save (not even figuring in the $5 mandatory parking), and you are NOT getting convenience by any measure.

Don’t stay here Terrible experience. Dog poop in the room. Smelled like smoke. Creaky floors. Loud noise above head. More of an extended stay with long term residents. Don’t make the mistake of staying here. We were here for 1 night, but would’ve gone elsewhere if that wasn’t the case.
