Traveling as we remember it!! Our stay here began with the nice welcome we received from Amy the receptionist. She was personable and had all of our information to make the check-in quick and easy. She gave us great advise on local restaurants and told us of the ones that would offer a discount if we showed them proof of staying at the Sleep Inn. Our biggest surprise was the full breakfast!! We have traveled since COVID but the breakfasts we have been offered were pre-wrapped muffins and coffee (at best). This breakfast really got our day off to a great start: eggs, bacon, waffles , a variety of bread products, juice, cocoa, tea and much more! The room was clean and comfortable - we have no complaints and will be returning here on our next trip south!

Okay stay PNC Pavillion visit and this is best area for ease of access. Good reviews narrowed the choice, plus a Choice Hotels member. Area a little sketchy, I waited in the lot to grab a spot next to the door. Check in was unremarkable. Staff pleasant, no issues. Room was dated with a submarine/Navy ship feel with tiny pocket door and step in bathroom. AC temp seemed not calibrated and had to be set at 60 and AUTO cool for the temperature to drop. Sleep quality was not bad, TV remote made it not worth the hassle.

CLUELESS MANAGER Asked for quiet room, so the very professional receptionist put us on the top floor which was good, But she put us on the side nearest the street, so we got cars, trucks busses, motorcycles and trains all night. Very noisy. Room was clean, needed a few small repairs, but acceptable. The worst part was listening to the "manager" berate her employees while we were checking out. If she thinks screaming and threatening will make people more productive, she is sadly mistaken and needs some serious training. It was clearly audible from the breakfast area which featured 1/2 a loaf of bread for toast, two muffins, a waffle machine, and a few cups of yogurt. No fruit, and no protein. At least we paid with points!

Horrible - Don't Stay Here Absolutely and Completely Horrible! Stopped for an overnight stay while traveling. There's nothing good to say about this hotel. The place is beyond dirty. Although the beds "appeared" to have clean sheets, the rest of the room was filthy! The shower walls and floor was dirty, the cofee maker was dirty, the lamps were dirty, the ironing board and iron were broke, the phone was broke. We had to use our cell phone to call the lobby! If this wasn't bad enough, whoever was in the room over ours stomped and banged around all night long! We should have kept going when we arrived and people were hanging out in the parking lot. We will never stay at this location again.

Awful customer service This is an average place. Its clean and not bad but the customer service is horrible. I and my friend checked in and an African American gentleman behind the counter (maybe in his 30s, bald head) was just chit chatting with someone. He saw two of us coming and asked if we needed to check in and we said yes. He just asked last names and gave us papers to initial and sign. He put the papers on the side and turned back to continue silly chat with someone (didnt appear to be a customer. Possibly a coworker). Didnt make eye contact with us or greeted us or said anything as we signed papers. Gave us keys without saying anything. Didnt tell us anything where the rooms were, about amenities, about check out time, complimentary breakfast or anything. Absolutely nothing to say, just handed the room keys and pretty much indicating get outta here. Is this how this hotel handles guests? This was on a Wed night around 7 pm. But the lady next morning at checkout was courteous and polite. The breakfast serving lady was awesome.
