Better than expected The staff was great. Location was perfect. The property was way better than I expected. I would definitely staff again. If you’re hesitant don’t be, just go ahead and book. You will not be disappointed.

BEWARE THE WYNDHAM RESERVATION LINE The hotel itself did nothing wrong. Needed last minute accommodations at 3am. The WYNDHAM RESERVATION OPERATOR basically either lied to me or was incredibly misinformed. I put a "hold" on a room but told the operator I wanted something closer and didn't want to pay for the room by giving my credit card. She said, "Oh no, this is only to lock in the rate. You can pay for it when you get to the hotel." I said, "So I won't be charged unless I show up in person?" She said, "That's right." This information was totally wrong, confirmed by the hotel manager I spoke to later. They ended up charging my card ANYWAY. So, instead of WYNDHAM RESERVATIONS fixing the problem, they handed it off to the hotel manager, who had nothing to do with it. Beware: there is a big difference between a "Hold" and a PURCHASE. If the operator had told me I would be charged either way, and that this was a purchase, the outcomes would have been very different. WYNDHAM RESERVATION CUSTOMER SERVICE was equally uncooperative to fix the problem they caused. I'm out the money for a hotel stay that never happened, and the kicker is the cancellation period had already past when I made the reservation. She neglected to tell me that part as well. WYNDHAM HOTELS won't be part of my future travel plans until they recognize their error and fix the problem.

Last minute hotel This was clean and everything worked. Nice price. But they do nickel and dime you. My bf booked the hotel and we used my AAA discount. The person at the front desk said it can’t be that way. Everything had to match. Never have we ever had this issue in our lives. I travel a lot too. They were being petty. We felt like the guy who fixed our key card and the lock would have been better at the desk than the maintenance guy. The two should switch jobs.

Absolutely disgusting We had a layover in Charlotte after a funeral for our grandfather. Our flight was canceled. We were exhausted and simply wanted to sleep. We checked into super 8, and after finding multiple stains and hairs on our bed… we booked a different hotel. Packed back up and left. Gross.

Dissatisfied Customer Management held on to funds on my credit card without me being aware, this inconvenience my trip. My stay was paid for in full prior to my arrival. I pleaded with Management to release the hold of my funds, and also provided them by email with statement from my bank Super 8 Management refuse to release the hold. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, nor will I stay there again. Management is too old and need Immediate training in Customer Service. They never release the hold and did not acknowledge their mistake. I had to wait an additional week for the hold to expire at my bank- Great inconvenience for me. I would be in NC sy least three times a year, they lost a good customer!
