THIS HOTEL IS DISGUSTING. THEY ALLOW THEIR GUESTS TO SLEEP ON DIRTY ANT INFESTED SHEETS. DO NOT BOOK HERE WHATEVER YOU DO - DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL AND DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! MY HUSBAND AND I WALKED INTO A ROOM WITH UNCLEAN SHEETS AND OUR BEDSHEETS WERE INFESTED WITH ANTS!!! THEY ARE DISGUSTING HERE AND HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! STAY AWAY!!!

Excellent Value for a Nice Hotel! I read the reviews carefully before booking and most were good. The hotel was clean and Adam was very nice when checking us in. He said The Raising Cane's restaurant in front of hotel was top tier and it was! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was really good. Only suggestion would be to offer water at breakfast. There was also a Krogers right across the street which Jamar pointed out to us. The value for the price was fair and the service was top tier! I have no complaints and I am selective. Book here with confidence!

Great Hotel! My husband was sent to the UVA Medical Center for cancer treatment. I stayed here for the week and it was extremely clean, quiet and had the most kind, helpful employees. The bed was very comfortable. It is out of the way enough to be quiet but is convenient to shopping and food. Everyone who worked there was polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Front desk room Katie the manager at night was very nice respectful and was a really big help. I appreciate her and the rooms are nice. First time staying and it was nice. Will book again. Thanks Katie so much and slept very well

Quick trip and worked okay We stayed here for a travel kids' event that weekend in Charlottesville. We arrived late on Friday night and there was a man chasing another man with a gun. Slightly scary! The manager on duty was very helpful when at first the hot water wasn't working. The rest of the trip was fine, no large incidents after arrival. It is located behind a Raising Cane's chicken place that is very busy late night.
