Stained Matress and Patchwork Room I did not research this hotel because it was for a family reunion, and if I had, I would not have stayed. Pros- The staff was very friendly and the hotel is conveniently located. Cons- they will only clean your room once every 3 days, and that was not explained at check-in. The rooms are patched together, and the ceiling of my closet is not repaired. There was a poorly patched hole in the wall very visible, and the room was not properly cleaned, and I slept on a stained mattress with no matress pad or separation until finally pulled back the covers because if felt weird and pulled back a fitted sheet with no pad and a brown tinted stain. And if my bed had no mattress pad, imagine how many people have slept in these unsanitary conditions, not to mention the person who stained the mattress. That's just disgusting. And we also experienced drainage issues in the tub. For the cost of over $159 per night plus tax, this is unacceptable. Never again will I stay here. They were responsive and remade the bed with a pad, and I'm still sleeping on a stained mattress for $159 per night plus tax. I tolerated this hotel since all my family was there but never again and not a good representative of the Hilton name.

Great staff, not great rooms Stayed here as a mom and daughter weekend trip after a lot of back to back work-related travel for some well needed R&R. As business executives and frequent travelers, we are quite familiar with high quality hotels and what to expect. This hotel’s lobby was stunning and beautiful and the staff were extremely nice but that’s where the great experience ended. Sadly, seeing the rooms made our smiles fade quickly. The rooms were dirty, not well kept, outdated, and bathrooms were moldy. Extremely dangerous connecting rooms doors had exposed bolts and screws that could have severely injured someone (and what’s worse is that these dangerously exposed bolts and screws were at the exact height of a young child!). There was even a lose tile in one of the bathrooms and mold in one of the AC units. With no housekeeping on staff during our stay and the quality of the rooms, we left to stay at another hotel after one night. Overall, the staff were the highlight of the stay, but as this was to be our Mother-daughter vacation after extensive work-travel, we were not pleased at all with our overall experience. We hope the room quality can improve in the near future so others can have a satisfying stay.

Choose another hotel Spent three nights here to attend a wedding. Pros. Bar and restaurant staff were phenomenal. Food was pretty good Beds were comfortable. Microwave and fridge were convenient Cons. Rooms smelled moldy. Rooms are worn and not cleaned properly ( towels from a previous guest left in the room. Someone’s dental floss on the carpet. Bathroom drains did not work properly. Hot water is hot and miss Would not stay here again.

The worse No hot water, Jessica at the front desk is racist, rude and unprofessional. Upon checking in she advised that there were only rooms available on the 2nd floor which later we found out that was a lie, she puts all African America people on this floor, this was confirmed by the night time front desk person who was helpful. We were moved 3 times to different rooms. At maintenance man who checked our first room was unprofessional as well. Don’t knw what happened to the staff at this hotel as we never had these issues before, but I will never stay at this hotel ever again

They can do better I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and hallway. The bathrooms did not look very clean, smelled bad, and need to be updated. We also noticed that they are short staffed. For instance, there was only one person at the front desk, and when people complained about no parking, he had to leave and the front desk was left unattended. We tried to request housekeeping in the early afternoon but they would not accommodate. When we requested our towels to be changed out at a minimum, they forgot and did not do it. My daughter also got very sick on our third night. I do not blame the hotel for it, but it did not make me feel great given my impressions about how the rooms are maintained. Suggestion: since there are so many families that stay at your hotel, it might be a good idea to have Children's Tylenol stocked up at your store -- I'm sure there would be a good demand for it since we had to drive to multiple gas stations to find it in the middle of the night.
