Comfortable My stay here was exemplary. Ms.Cathy.Brown was.so helpful and kind. She went overboard to make sure her customers were taken care of. We need more people like her in the world. I will look for Sonesta suites when I travel next time.Thank you for making me feel safe and comfortable.

Clean hotel very conveniently located We used to come here when this was a Residence Inn. They have renovated it and it is very clean and friendly. However, the lamp in the living room was awful. The shade is too small for the lamp and the light was glaring. No other lamps except in the bedroom. No ice machine. Could not take dog to breakfast. The tub is a disaster waiting to happen. It slants on both sides towards the middle. The grab bar is low for the tub and no grab bar for standing. I almost fell trying to bathe. We will not be back. Sorry to say

Most polite and helpful staff ever The staff made every effort to make this a pleasant stay. If you are traveling to or through the Charlottesville area, by all means make your reservations to stay here. Fantastic place! Outdoor pool, grills available, pet friendly, large walking area for pets and for those afflicted with vice, nice sitting areas for smoking.

Thanks Kathy Brown! Sonesta ES Suites is by far the best hotel stay I’ve had in Charlottesville thanks to Kathy Brown! Her personality and customer service skills are awesome. She made sure my family and I had everything we needed for our stay and that our room was above satisfactory. Thanks Kathy!!

A nice trip. Accommodations were very convenient and comfortable. Close to UVA and downtown Charlottesville. Affordable and easy to get to everything. Parking was $5 a day because the stay was booked through a third party.
