Very good hotel near Magic Mountain. Stay here instead of the one at Woodland Hills We stayed here after a day at Magic Moutan . Would definitely recommend this hotel. Good service and nice pool. Hotel breakfast very good. Overall much better than our previous night staying at Holiday Inn Express at Woodland Hills which is a dump in comparison. Taco Bell is just 2 mins walk away.

NOT good Clean, but that is all I can say that was good about this place -- No channel guide on television - Shower took "forever" to warm up - Elevator not working - Two buildings, meaning we had to "take a walk" to get to the lobby - Bad location - No good chain or even modestly upscale restaurants close by - Below average breakfast for a motel of this type Be warned that Chatsworth is NOT a middle-class community but definitely working class. Many ethnic "Mom and Pop" type strip mall restaurants, but if you are looking for a nice stay in a good area, you should stay away from Chatsworth. We stayed for two nights and then moved to the Best Western on Sepulveda, but it was no better (and even very slightly worse). Mid-range motels/hotels are ALL very overpriced, btw. If we didn't have to make this trip and stay a few days, we wouldn't have.

Has everything you need for a business trip This hotel was near a location I attended training. There is plenty of restaurants on Uber Eats that can deliver to you. There is also a Walgreens nearby for water, etc. they do offer a free breakfast but had limited offerings. Overall a decent hotel that has the basics you need for a business trip.

Great Staff and wonderful stay I was booked at another hotel for June 18th, but that Hotel room was not clean. So I checkout and had to find a last minute room with 2 bed. I saw that the Holiday Inn had 1 room left. So I book it immediately. I went to the hotel and Janice greeted me. I asked if I could see the room first just to make sure everything was good. Janice ask her manager Biblan who was actually getting ready to leave for the day. Biblan watch the front desk while Janice showed me the room. The room was very clean but that room the bathroom door doesn’t lock and that was a problem for me. So I was going to cancel the reservation but Biblan was extremely helpful and was able to find a room that wasn’t Handicap accessible and the bathroom door did lock. I had a great stay. I had a little hiccups with the WiFi and Jason at the front desk help me while managing phone calls. This hotel have a wonderful staffed . They truly want you to have a great stay and they are caring and willing to help in anyway that they can. I will definitely stay here again.

Negative Experience The hotel is under construction which was not disclosed when we made our reservations over the phone. We were specifically told that continental breakfast was included only to find out upon our arrival that due to the construction no breakfast was served at all. We were told that our room was a recently renovated room. However, the quality of work was poor with the shower sliding door making a loud, screeching noise that jolted us out of bed when our daughter used the shower. Also, our daughter had to go through half of her shower with cold to luke warm water.
