Quiet property In the heart of Lookout Mountain. Pool closes a bit early as most of the clientele are traveling workers. It was a peaceful stay. Little kids can fall asleep with no disturbances. :) Breakfast was good. We will most definitely stay again when traveling through.

Modest, but convenient location to outdoor attractions The location was good for my needs (I didn't want to spend big bucks to be downtown) and my room was quiet even though it was on a somewhat busy road. The breakfast was just adequate. I didn't use the gym facility but it is minimal. There was a nice big TV in the room.

Cleanliness not a priority This was my second time staying at this property. My last experience here was positive; this one was not. When I arrived, desk staff informed me that they had just painted the doors, and to just push my door closed if it was open. My door was indeed open. Bathroom had damage to the ceiling, a dirty band aid left on the floor, and a bug in the bathtub for me (see photos). None of this was the case in my last stay. That said, the bed linens were clean and check in was efficient. Staff was polite. However, leaving room doors open until guests check in along with the bugs, trash, and damage is not the experience I paid for. Really disappointed, not to mention grossed out.

***Deceptive Advertising*** Room was clean and acceptable. Place looks like they've tried to make it look renovated with a slapped up coat of paint. Doors stick as the paint is too thick and definetly wasn't a professional job. One of our kids couldn't get out of the bathroom because of how tight the door was. Our room had a smoke alarm with the annoying low battery beeping. When we called the desk to have them replace the battery the lady said she couldn't and didn't know where the manager was. Then asked me to remove the battery which I did. When she came to the room she had me remove the smoke alarm and left with it. Never to return. The main issue I have with this place is the deceptive advertising. They advertise a "king" bed and a "double" bed room. If you look through the photo's it appears that the "double bed" rooms are queen beds. Not so much. They call it double bed without any other description because they don't want to tell you its two full-size beds. Nowhere in any description does it specify the bed sizes other than the king beds available. They have ensured that by the angle/position of the photo's they advertise with, you wont be able to tell either. When I asked the guy at the front desk about this he only kept saying "It doesn't say queen beds" which makes it pretty obvious they know it. Being a family of four, things become a bit cramped on full sized beds.

Great Option close to attractions We chose the hotel because it was close to Lookout Mountain our main destination. It was easy to access downtown and other attractions. Great value for the money.
