Pleasant stay 2 day stay with my sisters on our way back to Indiana The check in was quick & easy the staff helpful on travel to and from locations in the city The suite a double Queen with sofa bed was clean & well organized Enjoyed having the extra room space the suite offered There is plenty of parking & the lot was well lit at night I didn’t feel nervous parking at the rear near the pool because that door was closest to my room. The breakfast room was clean, comfortable and the breakfast choices are plentiful from eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, bagels, muffins, cereal and waffles just to name a few I enjoyed our stay and would book again if ever in the area

Worst Choice hotel I checked in on July 29th and was assigned a room on the first floor over looking the swimming pool. I woke up around 1am and noticed water on the floor, I wiped it and a few steps away there was "earwig bugs " crawling on the floor and other bugs on the wall; I killed them and a few minutes later there is another, I took picture of them and a video. I called the desk to report this and the guy who answered said he will be right there, he never showed up. I went to the front desk in the morning and ask the woman there to switch me to another room after I told her what happened, she apologized and gave me a room on the second floor. I went out that day and came back in the afternoon from the Aquarium and other sites. Went to bed in the evening and was awoken by something crippling in my right ear, I pressed it and there was blood from a bed bug, I called the desk and asked to be checked out. In the morning I told the woman at the desk what happened and why I was checking out, she apologized. Since them and I waiting for someone from their office to call or issue an apology, didn't happen, I even called their main line and spoke with Sheila who gave me a complaint# and asked to hold on for a deal, which happened to be a time sharing sales. Until today I have not received a call or survey concerning my stay at this hotel. Another thing that is upsetting is the vaping by the employees I observed in the parking lot and the house keepers don't smile or say hello unless you say it first. There was pool of water spots in the parking lot (sides and back of building). The worst Choice hotel I have ever stayed in.

Would've gotten a good rating, but a sketchy part of town. The hotel itself was fine. While my room was a little bit dated, the room size, cleanliness, and comfort of the bed were all plusses. The morning breakfast was decent as well. Possibly due to the location, the hotel seemed nearly empty, no complaints there, as it was very quiet. My concern was that, unbeknownst to me, it sits just below the interstate, and the road to the property was literally closed, and as I was told, closed for quite some time. This made it a little difficult to find and get access to the property. The south side of Chattanooga in general I found was just a ghostown, except for the multitude of people that were experiencing homelessness, on most streets and corners.
