Convenient and Comfortable Hotel with great amenities We arrived in Chatanooga on our way from Florida to Ohio. We did not have a reservation so I googled HIlton properties with availabilities. We went to the Homewood Suites and got a room with 2 quenn beds. We had arrived just in time for "happy hour" which consisted of chicken strips, salad, and various munchies along w/draft beer. Our suite was clean and spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen and full size refrigerator with freezer. It was a 10 minute drive to downtown Chatanooga for dinner, and the location overall felt very safe. A hot breakfast in the morning was a real treat, with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, and more. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Don’t stay here. As a Hilton Gold Elite member, I hate to say… Avoid this hotel. We were very disappointed. Its out dated, poor quality and poor service. We stayed a week and never had our room serviced. No towels refreshed, no toilet paper, trash left. We were told service was every other day, but we had zero service. The fan was about to fall off the room and made an annoying sound. The hallway smelled like cigarettes. And here is one of my biggest complaints. The bedroom was huge, but the beds were TINY! With all that extra space, why do you have small beds?! Lastly, the bathroom had no fan, so it fogged really bad with every shower, and when someone went bathroom, the smell was embarrassing and bothered everyone. Overall, would never stay here again. Our family stayed at the Staybridge Suites across the street, and they were much nicer.

Great staff, tired property. We stayed overnight as a stopping point, I would not stay again until the property gets some TLC. The staff was great, and common areas not bad. However, the rooms are overdue for some work. Curtains were torn, mattresses were torn and stained, and it smelled like it had been a smoking room for years (although that may have just been the HVAC unit. Lighting was dark and very dated and television in the bedroom had a picture that was "off". There are a dozen+ other properties in the area, I would go elsewhere.

Discrimination against disability and physical assault I stayed at this location of Homewood suites in Chattanooga, Tennessee. During my stay staff we're good except one person. The breakfast person named Sharon whom isn't nice, heard other people say how they won't eat breakfast when she is there. The only time I felt comfortable to get breakfast is when the other breakfast person named Stephanie was there. Stephanie is great, great personality, nice smile. But on August 13 during the social I got for myself three plates of different items. One plate was two slices of pizza, 2nd plate had salad and croutons, 3rd plate had cubed cheese and cookie. I took it to the room and my Ada companion forgot his plate of two slices of pizza so I went back down to get it and all of a sudden after grabbing a plate I felt a slap on my right arm, thought it was my Ada companion, nope it was Sharon, after physically assaulting me she proceeded to tell me that "you can't have anymore food as you've already had 3 plates". I'm a diabetic and should never be told by some stranger I can't have food. She's not related in any form and she's not paying my bills so she had no right to tell me what to do. And I've had a heart attack and spinal Stenosis and Tourette Syndrome. I thought it was illegal for a hotel staff to hit a guest, a disabled one at that. I reported it and nothing was ever done about it. I never again went downstairs to get breakfast on the days Sharon was there as I didn't feel comfortable being around her and didn't go downstairs for the days the social was as I didn't feel like putting up with being hit again and being told I can't get food cause she has to feed other guests. I worked for Hampton and I know you don't touch a guest at all and you don't tell a guest what to do as in when they are getting food. Not sure what she's thinking but thought something would be done about how she physically assaulted me and told me I can't get food when I'm a diabetic. She caused me mental anguish and stress. And also when they had the social I got a cup of liquid that had an unknown substance without a label and as they had beer I was assuming it was Wine. So I was smelling it to see if I could identify what it was and Sharon Chimes in "Why are you smelling it when it's just Tea" what's it any of her business why I am smelling it. Pictured was my plates that Sharon thought were 3 plates of pizza. Like I said unless Sharon wants to pay all my bills from now on then yeah but otherwise she has no right to tell me anything and needs to mind her own business. Also at this hotel disabled people have no rights and they think it's okay for a staff member to physically assault a disabled person as myself. Been discriminated against disability at this property and physically assaulted that caused me mental anguish and stress and heart attack symptoms as I've already had one in the past. Nice to see that disabled people have no rights and it's okay to tell a disabled person/diabetic you can't get food. And for Sharon to physically assault me. I as a German do not appreciate the mistreatment I experienced but good to know they don't care.
