Love this hotel Great hotel, in downtown and drive every where very convenience location. 5 to 10 min from everything driving. Very clean and great breakfast too. Very close to Rock City and Ruby Falls. Love the location and the charging station for our EV we’re at the hotel for free. The parking is gated and behind the hotel. Parking in front is a two minutes parking only. Do not order uber eats, they are horrible in this city.

Not a great experience The staff are unfriendly. No greetings or a smile. The room looks gloomy and smell like an old building. The floor is sticky and there are stains on the sheets and furnitures. We were about to take a shower when we realized there’s no running water. We called the front desk and were informed it’ll take approximately 2 hours to get the water back. We can’t take a shower, brush our teeth or freshen up. Not to mention the mattress is so uncomfortable and I don’t see housekeeping around. Definitely a place I wouldn’t recommend

Booked the right one this time! Last year I'd accidentally booked at the OTHER Staybridge and was commuting back and forth up Shallowford Road between the hotel and the convention center whenever the Interstates were jammed. Which, because it's 'Nooga, was often. So I'm in the right one this time. Yay me. After my first con event Friday morning, I get to the hotel to check in. Easy, since it's right there at the opposite end of the convention center from the Marriott. Which cost twice as much and was sold out, but that's a them problem. There was an "incidentals" charge that wasn't in my booking email that put me over the limit on that card. That touched off an emergency call to the First National Bank of My Dad, so I then got checked in. I was on the "first" floor, which is actually the third. There's Ground (lobby and breakfast buffet), Mezzanine (gym and pool), then the guest floors. Heading down the hall, they had six large storage closets available for guests' overflow. Nice touch for an extended stay, and the other Chattanooga location didn't have those that I'd noticed. I'd booked a sleeper sofa room, and this was... a legitimately divided suite, not just a big room with extra furniture like the one off 75 I'd stayed in last year. And that one was really nice. This was good, as I was letting a buddy crash that night. The kitchenette was... it's got a dishwasher, a two burner stovetop, a microwave, and a legitimate fridge, There's pots and pans and kitchen utensils in the cabinets, all stacked and ready to go. You're a grocery run from being able to set up legitimate long-term housekeeping in that thing, which is their actual business model, I suppose. After having been on a rifle range all morning, and it being in the 90s outside, I needed a shower, and that's when I found I was in a handicap-access room. The shower was okay for what it was, but even after some tuning with a screwdriver to try making it shoot straight, it just didn't measure up to what I'd hoped. But between our sci-fi convention and the bodybuilding competition at "this" end of the Convention Center, there was no hope of trading so I didn't bother to ask. There was no real bathroom counter either, probably because of the wheelchair-access floor plan. The bed was nicely supportive, with enough pillows I could tune my fitting. While not in a wheelchair, I admit I'm somewhat damaged and pillows are sort of like the keel blocks of a drydocked battleship. I ate breakfast the next morning over at the Marriott with my co-authors, and wasn't impressed enough to pay for it twice. The Staybridge had nearly as good a breakfast for free on Sunday morning, plus the lobby was full of extremely fit ladies in metallic posing bikinis to improve the scenery. In all, successful trip and I'm planning on being back in there in '25.

4/5 We visited this hotel in June for a bodybuilding competition that was at the convention center across the street. Super convenient location and private parking lot. The fire alarm went off around 8pm but that was taken care of relatively quickly. The room was clean and stocked with everything we needed for the week. Definitely not a fancy place but got the job done. I don’t we’d stay here again unless it we have an event at the convention center again but it’s a nice little spot in the downtown area.

Would not recommend unless you want horrific back pain afterwards. First off, I have never been at a hotel where the housekeeping staff doesn’t come by every day to take trash out, replenish towels and toilet paper, or any kind of cleaning whatsoever. I should not have had to ask the front desk for this to happen. If you plan on staying more than a couple of days, bring a big trash bag. The 3 tiny trash cans spread out between the kitchen and bathroom will not cut it and no one comes by to empty the trash. Second, the mattress was hard as a rock and we could not get a good nights rest the whole time we were up there. The TV went in and out randomly. It took forever for the hot water to come on when we tried to take a shower. Breakfast was tolerable but was very disappointed about all three of the waffle makers breaking at the same time, not odd at all. The other big thing was that we requested two rooms, one for my husband and I and the other for our friend that came down with us. His first room, the air didn’t work at all and was a sauna when he first walked in with mold growing on the back of the computer chair. They offered to move him to a second room. This one still had Lego pieces on the floor, hair in the sheets, pillows, and towels. When he requested for new sheets and pillows they said they would be right up but never showed up, never came to clean the room so he had to come sleep on our pull out couch which was very uncomfortable for him. BUT!!! They did give us a full refund on his room and took off the parking fee that did not get mentioned before hand, which was $14 per day. Other than that, it was close to the freeway and within walking distance of the free electric shuttle. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.
