Don’t stay at this hotel. We made reservation to this hotel because all better hotels in Cheboygan had no vacancies. It is bad. Very old rooms smells. Rooms not very well cleaned. Old carpet and furniture. Mold in bathrooms. Avoid!

Front Desk Person & Motel The front desk person needs customer service training badly! She started out ok and it just went down hill from there. She stated "don't lock yourself out of your room because we don't appreciate having to come in to unlock your room." I've never locked myself out of a motel room yet. The motel is very clean but, it's a $55 a night motel, not $150!!! We had a TV in the bedroom closet. The A/C was in one bedroom and was suppose to cool the whole area. It was a 2 bedroom + bath motel room. Anyway, I guess they can get away with it as Mackinaw City is pricey. Stay there if you have to. Good luck

VERY ACCOMMODATING Extremely nice people. Great customer service. We were in a pinch. With the bridge on an emergency shut down, the price was extremely fair. They were very accommodating to our situation. And didn’t jack the price up. Extremely nice and even gave us recommendations to eat. Great price for the area. Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. Would recommend anyone passing thru or looking for a nice place to stay. Even had a swimming pool!

Love this place! Always enjoy my stay here. Very clean, quiet, and centrally located. Not far from mackinaw city and we probably wouldn't stay anyplace else in this area. Highly recommend and will most definitely be back

Weekend get away! Made rev over phone. Gentlemen asked if we had AAA..i said No! He said well I will give you AAA price $100 @ night anyway! Got to hotel...lady at desk said there was no note about that price. Little upset that she wouldn't honor this! Room want bad..older hotel. Looks taken care of. Room was clean, nice bedding. Bed needs to be replaced! Really soft, could feel it pushing in the center with the weight of myself & hubby. Hotel was quiet. Overall it was a nice stay. Would recommend them.
