Very happy! I am a Canadian from Ontario flying to Florida from Buffalo. I booked a room for one night and 15 days of parking for my vehicle, the cost was very reasonable. The room looked newly renovated and staff were kind and courteous. And the parking for my car was a gated secure lot. I would definitely use this hotel again. Thank you!

Plastic knifes and forks. The shuttle bus was very good between airport ,hotel and Sport bar for the evening meal. Room was ok but did smell a bit as we went in . Breakfast food was fine but we had to eat with plastic knifes and forks and paper bowls/plates ! Was this normal,very strange, being treated like a baby!

Nightmare experience Sleep in your car and never go there, bunch of thieves the reception and the administration steal from your credit card, dirty room very outdated, hair on the sheets, the shuttle bus driver very rude, can’t believe this type of place exists in the USA stay so far away from this

Select Someplace Else Stayed in August. While the hotel was close to the airport the room and service were horrible. I’ll start with the bathroom. There were other people’s hair on the shower wall and mold on the bathroom ceiling near the shower door [pictured]. There were large amounts of dust on fixtures and night stand clock. The ice container had brown splatter stains on it [ pictured]. I suggest bringing sheets/pillow cases as after experiencing the uncleanliness of the room I wasn’t sure I’d want to sleep on the sheets. STAFF: Besides being dismissive, the front staff were NOT welcoming. One staff member was on his phone while I stood waiting to be served. I was locked out of my room twice — initially when I was assigned the room and again when I came back to my room after a long day. No one apologized for the inconvenience. I am very disappointed and will not stay at this establishment again.

Exceptional I had a wonderful stay it was comfortable quiet relaxing my room was very nice I like the wood flooring my bed was very comfortable very spacious room loved it. front desk ladies were great pleasant smiling and helpful. The driver that picked me up from the airport was very nice and let me know about restaurants in the area I really enjoyed my stay here will most likely make this my go to hotel whenever I’m in Buffalo..
