Poor execution. Below Hampton standards. No care goes into maintenance or housekeeping. This all but abandoned hotel along a noisy road bears no resemblance to a Hampton other than the LOL sticker on the elevator. Check in was unfriendly and unwelcoming. The guy barely spoke other than a grunt asking for ID. The room, though spacious, was bare bones, like an old stripped down Las Vegas motel. The door needed paint, the closet had no door and had only two hangers. Lightbulb was missing from one of the lamps. There was no shampoo in the dispenser. The bath vanity had been apparently painted black but without enough coats to mask the wood below. A paper towel holder was empty and I had four decaf coffee pods to "wake me up" in the morning. Breakfast was ok and the ladies on the AM shift were more hospitable. Not that I was going to use it but the pool was closed. For an overnight stay, you'll survive but if you are looking for a Hampton experience, stay elsewhere. For runners, there is a park behind the hotel which connects through residential neighborhoods so you can find a quiet place to get in the miles.

Worst Hilton hotel I have ever stayed in. **Review for Hampton Inn and Suites at Chesapeake Square** I stayed at this hotel on Friday, July 19, and was extremely disappointed from the moment I arrived. As a Hilton member, I expected a certain level of quality, but this hotel fell far short of that standard. First, the room itself was in poor condition. The bottom of the door was completely scratched up, and there was a noticeable gap of at least half an inch. This made me concerned about whether I could properly lock the door. Additionally, the air conditioning unit could not be adjusted below 70°F, which made for an uncomfortable stay. The digital key card wasn’t operational. The refrigerator in the room was also an issue. The icebox was completely frozen over, likely causing the refrigerator to be ineffective at keeping anything cold. The water pressure in the shower was almost nonexistent, making it difficult to enjoy a proper shower. To make matters worse, the shower door fell off while I was in the shower, causing me to slip and fall. This was a significant safety hazard that should never happen in any hotel. The free breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. The orange juice was missing, replaced by either kiwi-infused water or regular water. The selection of food was equally disappointing. The turkey sausage patties and southwest egg omelette were unappetizing, leaving me with just a Belgian waffle. Overall, I will never stay at this hotel again. The quality and service were far below what I have come to expect from Hilton properties. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience.

Don’t Ever Stay Here Ever!!!!! This was truly the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in probably 30 years!! Room looked like it had blood on the wall; the old furniture in the room!! DON’T NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, VACATION OR MONEY in the DUMP!! Needs to be shutdown for good!! And the audacity to have Hilton attached to it!!

Worst hotel experience in my 54-year life. The individuals at the front desk made this a horrible experience. Worst hotel experience in my 54-year life. The individuals at the front desk made this a horrible experience. We were in town to celebrate my father-in-law's 90th birthday. We had to ignore the poor service received from this hotel in order to enjoy the celebration. We should not have to disregard poor service in order to enjoy our family and friends. But that's what we did.

Avoid this dive If you could score a zero, I would! Dirty hotel. No hot water. Black mold in the shower. I changed rooms and was the same. In disrepair! Avoid this place. Disgusting. Hilton should be embarrassed. Send someone over to inspect this property! Good luck.
