Friendly Staff We had a late check in and Staff was very friendly and accommodating compared to the hotel next door. Breakfast was great!

They will steal your money!!! Room booked and paid for by my employer. They asked for a credit card for incidentals and charged the price of the room. Went to desk, got refunded, charge was gone from credit card 30 mins later. Next day, they charged my card 2 more tines. Will not refund it. They charged for this 1 night 1 room reservation 4 times!!!! They're THIEVES. DON'T STAY HERE!!!

HORRIBLE SOFT, SINK IN THE MIDDLE BEDS WITH NO SUPPORT The bed was the most uncomfortable experience ever. We couldn't fall asleep for both rolling to the middle and sinking even more. There were no springs left in that bed and we were pretty sleep deprived for the rest of our trip as a result. It's a shame because it used to be comfortable beds, but they must be too cheap to change that out since they remodeled the hotel to dark, dreary colors in the hallways. I dropped something and literally couldn't find it with how dark the hallways were, which made me uncomfortable from a safety issue. The rest of the room and hotel experience was fine. However, the chairs in the lobby for breakfast are shredded everywhere and look worn and tattered.

This place not only met but exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had picked the right place. The welcoming atmosphere and the friendly staff made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. It provided all the comforts and amenities we could ask for.

AWESOME PLACE We had initially booked at the Holiday Inn Express next door, but their elevator was not working on that day. We decided to cancel and book with you, because our child couldn't climb the stairs. Your hotel was a more affordable, but a decent option. The staff were very nice and helpful.
