Horrible I was staying at the Holiday inn Express in Chester NY they had guests from a soccer tournament. I spent 3000 on a room I was very respectful, my room was flooded from toilet water,my clothes were destroyed and the Manager is claiming i caused the problem to save her job. Shame on you _ I spoke to cooperation serval times.

Incredible staff!!! Our very elderly neighbor stayed here while his heating unit was being repaired....The staff: Gina, Lori, Simon and Danielle were so kind and helpful and really looked after him! I would highly recommend this place! Clean, great breakfast and EXCELLENT staff! I'm very thankful!!

Excellent family stay after LEGOland Excellent family stay after LEGOland, would stay again. Clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and microwave with kitchen great after a long day at the park. Kids loved the pool, we enjoyed spacious well equipped fitness center. Spacious lobby with friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet surf plenty of seating. Not much within walking distance, but nice gas station on the corner has snacks to restock if needed. Exactly what we needed after LEGOland! Recharged and ready to hit the road again

Two days in Chester The first thing I did was check the Air Conditioner filter. It was filthy. It was the two filters in the bathroom sink. Pillows was good and mattress was comfortable. The heater in the hallway from our room was out of order. The women at the front desk was helpful.
