overall vey nice and we plan on going back to stay next year Me my Husband and dog enjoyed the stay, the fact that we were provided a exit door next to our room was handy with walking our dog. The room was clean. The TV needs to have more channels or be easier friendly but that is nothing to complain about, only a suggestion you might want to look into.

Shop around while this hotel is under renovation Hotel staff and Breakfast are amazing but that's about it. Hallway and rooms smell like the dirtiest trash can wins competition and make it very difficult to relax in your room. Good news is that the Hotel is under renovation and you can look forward to more modern amenities but until then you should look at other locations if you don't want to deal with the smell.

Satisfactory The hotel is under renovation. The lobby and breakfast were satisfactory. Once the renovations are complete the hotel will be great. Until then, the rooms and floors are definitely dated. For our one-night stay it was satisfactory. Good location with several options around for quick bites.

Stay at your own risk! Only stay here if you have no better options. The hotel elevators are a gamble. They are in functioning order; however the permits that are displayed on the inside of the elevator say they are expired. One of the hotel elevators even had an expired temporary permit. I also experienced the pleasure of knowing how painful are bed bugs because of this hotel.

Disappointed I called to make certain the hotel had an EV charger. Apparently, Hyatt does not make employees aware that NOT all EV cars are Teslas, because I would never have stayed in the first place. Now, I will avoid Hyatt because Hyatt advertises they have EV charge, but neglects to stipulate only for Teslas. I want a refund for keeping me from finding an appropriate hotel.
