Evening Out! Room was perfect, Lady at front desk was awesome, got in my room a little early. Perfect spot for a night out! Close to Chesterfield Valley for dinner and Top Golf. Good bang for your Buck. Hilton never disappoints.

Friendly and Helpful Staff! Another family member and I stayed four nights while in the area for another family member's special birthday weekend. We were very pleased with the staff and their responsiveness to any request! In the absence of a public guest printer that operated well enough to print out documents I needed while staying there, the front desk printed them out for me. (Directions by printer for guests to print without a desktop available didn't work and the person at the front desk said he had never seen anyone have luck with that.) It would be really nice to have an actual desktop there at the desk with a functional printer. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate with many choices, and staff worked to keep everything replenished, though hot water in the lobby away from the oatmeal area in the breakfast room was a bit unexpected. The bed was fairly comfortable, but we wished the pillows had been larger (rather small and almost square.) Our bathroom could have been somewhat better prepared for us--hair dryer was missing and someone before us had pushed a little trash off edge of sink vanity and cleaning staff had apparently missed that. Our room was quiet and comfortable on the third floor, and we both used the fitness room and it was well-equipped. I used the pool twice and the water was warm which was a pleasant surprise for a hotel! The pool area looked like it was about to be (or needed to be) soon updated. Also, the hotel is offering daily room cleaning/linens again if you would like that. I would stay again, because of the helpful staff!

Not Recommended We stayed in room 108 for 1 night to attend a local concert. Upon entering the room it smelled strongly of mildew. The smell was so bad I wanted to ask to change rooms but we were in a hurry so I didn’t say anything. The bed was hard, but I actually like a firm bed. The water pressure in the shower was very low. The room looked nothing like in the pictures. I was fooled by the reviews. Won’t stay there again.

First floor rooms are humid, musty and moldy I chose this hotel based on the location and great reviews. However, the rooms are humid, musty and moldy. The first room had mold on the ceiling and the musty smell was so strong that we asked for a different room. The next room seemed better, but still smelled musty. The carpet felt sticky and damp and the next day we noticed there was mold in the pictures on the walls. We were on the first floor, I’m not sure how other floors compare. During our stay I received a text message from the hotel asking how my stay was going, when I responded negatively and explained why, I didn’t get a response back. Now I’ve looked closer at other reviews and found that this has been an issue at this hotel for years. They are clearly aware of it but haven’t come up with a way to fix it. Everything else about the hotel was great. Acceptably clean, nice pool, decent breakfast, free cookies and water bottles, very friendly and helpful staff. I feel bad to leave a negative review because everything else was great, but the musty smell in the room was so bad I couldn’t wait to check out.

I love this hotel This is my go-to hotel for the Chesterfield area. It's clean, comfortable, and affordable. The rooms are nicely laid out, it uses environmentally friendly shampoo and conditioner bottles and ... get this -- there are enough lights in the room! Definitely the place to stay!
