Great location in Chesterfield While this hotel has a great location once the 4am traffic starts you'll hear it depending on your room location. This hotel is right on 64, we were in room 326 & traffic was our alarm clock. I would certainly stay here again opting for a room as far away from 64 as possible! Breakfast isn't included ~ they do have a hot & cold buffet you can pay for ~ save your money & head to The Original Pancake House instead! I used Priceline to book our stay. The rate, including tax & fees was still cheaper than the hotels website even w/my Hilton rewards :( Marleena checked me in and was fantastic!

Better stay elsewhere Old, tired and marginally clean rooms. Breakfast costs extra. Good location. Easy access, food and gas is nearby. I would not stay here again. Staff was polite. Bathroom was not very clean. Couldn’t wait to leave. Better hotels nearby. AC works

racial profiling to the max. Prepaid room two weeks in advance @Hilton Garden Inn ($340 for 2 nights) AAU basketball tournament in Chesterfield MO. The first room had a toilet filled to almost the brim with human waste. Asked for another room. The second room had hair all over the shower floor, shower curtains, bathroom floor and towels. Asked for a Manager. Got Managers cards; LVM TWICE for both Jason Vinnedge, the chief general manager and Jacob Parmley, the assistant general manager I called around to three hotels around to see if any rooms were available for the night and none had rooms. Was Sent to Hampton Inn by the receptionist only to get there and was told to pay 188$ for the night by the rudest, racially profiling teenager I ever ENCOUNTERED in my life. I called back to the other hotel, and I was told that she would call the manager to let me have the room at the other hotel for free which I thought was the reason I was sent to the sister hotel. After 10mins on hold, she came back on and told me it was authorized. Aaron, the teenager at the Hampton came back out of the office, told me I will be getting one night free and would have to pay for the second night; when I asked why he was speaking to me in such disrespectful manner with such foul language, he proceeded to tell me to leave and would call the cops because he did not like my attitude; This is at 10.45pm, after driving 6 hrs. from Chicago; moved/changed rooms twice at the first hotel and now about to be charged with trespassing. The embarrassment (about twenty teenage brown boys plus my son were present at this time) and shock sent me into a panic/anxiety attack immediately (I am a USMC disable veteran suffering from chronic PTSD, panic/anxiety attacks plus other disabilities). I dialed 911 to ask for medic. All I remember was the paramedic and police asking my son questions about why we were trespassing according to Aaron (He called 911 too) and my medical conditions. What????? Apparently, Aaron told the police that I came asking for a free room and when he would not oblige me, I started yelling at him and he told me to leave, or he would call 911. I was able to tell the medic that I had left my medications behind in Chicago because we were rushing to get to Chesterfield timely. One of the police officers mentioned that Aaron admitted he was rude and said some things that were not nice to me. I declined to go with Medic because I did not want my son to miss his games and it was guaranteed that a doctor would be able to prescribe the medication, I would need to suppress the panic attacks that evening. After the police spoke to Aaron again, he agreed to authorize a room for me and my son to stay in for the night. One of the medics offered to pay for the room because of what Aaron said about me asking for a free room. The police and medic walked us to the room and left. This is now about 12.15am Saturday morning. I had continuous episodes of panic attacks throughout the night. Left the room promptly at 8.30am, dropped my son off at the game and rested in my car. I was able to book a night at the AC Hotel by Marriott for Saturday night with an early check-in of 1pm. I went to the police station to get a police report of the incident and no report was written. What??? Got a printout of call log. trespassing call from the Hampton Inn by a black female who was having a panic attack. Nothing else. No names, no ambulance call noted, no result of call, no statements, nothing since no arrest was made. No call back from the managers, just a promptly processed refund of the prepaid room back to my AMEX card by Sunday Morning.

Not A Good Stay I am a Diamond member, and have been a HHonors member for many years, and I always stay at Hilton properties. I keep a list of Hilton properties I would never stay at again, and this just made the list. Upon arrival, there was no bottled water in the room, no remote and no desk lamp. This sounds pretty petty, but after just driving for five hours, I didn't feel like running back and forth to the desk to supply the room. There was "stuff" on the overhead light in the bathroom which should have been removed. Also, the handle on the sink had the hot and cold sides reversed. Somebody could have been terribly scalded when turning on the cold water. The a/c emitted a terrible odor, and the odor stayed in the room even when not running. There was a fan going in the hall by the elevator, so I wondered if there had recently been a water issue on that floor. The breakfast was a disaster. After toasting a slice of bread four times, it was still white. The young girl in charge didn't know how to adjust the conveyer belt toaster. No egg whites, and the scrambled eggs on the buffet were like rubber. The bacon was overcooked. While these things may seem minor, they do matter and should be addressed.

Don't do it! We had 8 rooms. Toilets not all flushing. Ac'a not all working. Urine smells and other odors in the rooms. One bed completely broken. Had to rig it ourselves for sleep. Just a joke of a hotel. Not worth it unless your goal is to be close to walmart.
