The ACME Hotel Company Is AWESOME!!! Amazing stay! Thank y'all. Because of my recent stay (for business) at the ACME Hotel, I'll be taking my family back to experience Chicago soon (for fun) and we'll be staying at the ACME. Such an awesome experience. The staff was GREAT and the city was a blessing. Perfect location. I walked everywhere I went. I never thought I'd say this...but I'm now in love with Chicago...and a large part of that feeling is due to my SUPER stay at the ACME Hotel Company. Thank Y'all!!! ~Mitch

Adequate Firstly this hotel is in a fab location. All attractions are close by and the bus route from here is really good. The room was a bit dingy but comfy bed clean sheets and towels and hot shower. Your room is not automatically serviced. You need to let reception know if you want it cleaned or clean towels. The hotel room was quite dusty and tired, marked walls and furniture Didn't find the staff to be friendly at all. Quite dismissive when you asked them anything. All in all I wouldn't stay here again but will look for something else in this area.

Extremely noisy overnight Our room 306 was above a large AC unit outside our window which kept us awake all night. We asked to be moved and were given 504. This was slight better AC wise, but early in the morning we were woken by the sound of running water: showers, toilets, etc. I wouldn’t stay here again, which is a pity because it’s a quirky hotel and has a nice bar area.

Most accommodating staff! The staff is unbelievably accommodating and treat the guests with the utmost respect. Val and Gabby at the front desk were more than helpful and even let me check in early when a room was available and I had nowhere to put my bags. All done with smiles. They made sure my experience was stress-free and absolutely delivered!

Val is spectacular _ Val at front desk was amazing! She was very welcoming to me at check in! She held a genuine conversation about where I was coming from and what to look out for. She told me about the all amenities and made me feel comfortable with my stay! Thank you Val _
