Good location This hotel has a very good location, in front of the Harry Potter store, half a block from Ralph Laurent Cafe, one block from Hotel Chocolat ( not good, by the way) walking distance ( bit of a walk) from the Art Intitute, Primark, Target, Marshall is like 30 to 40 40 minutes to Sky Deck, 26 to Wrigley Field, 15 minutes drive to the Aquarium and Field Museum. Rooms are comfortable and the beds are very good, my only suggestion: leave it to the guest to decide if they want air condition or heat, I was hot and keep waiking up even thought we put in the air con. Very clean, and staff sooo friendly.

NOT PET FRIENDLY We booked this hotel for a great location for the holiday weekend. Their website states that it is a pet friendly hotel. We had our small dog with us and we were informed that the hotel is NOT pet friendly. What is meant as “pet friendly” means service animals only, which does not relate to my understanding of “pet friendly”. We are now currently stuck out of the hotel due to this poor choice of words. Please change your status from “pet friendly” to “service animals only”. The service was rude and non-accommodating. I would seek other hotels in the area. Thanks Happy Holidays.

Not your prototypical 4-star, and in a bad way Location can’t be beat for tourists. However, this is NOT a 4-star! I stayed on the 16th floor. While it was clean, the room was extremely small. The bathroom was dated. Again, clean, but not like other 4 star properties! Another issue: my daughter was struggling to open the door to the lobby. The employee, standing right there, basically ignored helping her open the door. That was very disappointing! I’m a big fan of this chain. But this location was not up to standards!
