Unacceptable Very disappointing stay. Cleanliness lacks at this facility. The room was not stocked with toiletries like hand soap. Hair throughout the room, not 1-2 strands but a lot of hair!!! Bathroom sink is stopped up. Towels and shower curtain covered with dark brown stains. Shower floor was gritty and had rust like flakes along the edges. Not impressed with this stay at all.

Not a good stay Unfortunately, this is the first one star review I’ve had to make. Holiday Inn has been our go to for many years but this one has made me rethink the brand. The hotel itself was not taken care of and the elevator was broken. The room had a big tear in the pull out couch and the bathroom towels were wet upon check in. The lock to the door was coming apart and looked like it had been pulled open. I called the front desk and bless her heart the hotel was all booked up so we couldn’t move rooms. The only nice part was the front desk worker. She was very kind. We paid around $300 for this room and couldn’t cancel because we were there for a sporting event the next day. Ridiculous price for what the room and hotel was like. I expected much more from the brand.

Roof construction: never notified. GM dismissive We are a group that stayed there for a night before a game. We had 11 rooms, about half on the 3rd floor. When we checked in, we were not made aware of any of the issues that was going on. For weather reasons, the roofing got pushed to the time we stayed there. At 8:30am, it was absurdly loud. Constant banging making it impossible to sleep. I asked the front desk person to call the general manager. Her response was that because we had a discount rate, she couldn’t do anything. The whole floor should not have been made available. No accountability. No empathy. Nothing but a “well it is not my fault” attitude. Add to that, there was no electricity to the right side of my room and the blackout curtains electric control was broken. There were also random clips on the blackout curtain. This was an absolute travesty

Get out As IHG spire elite with over a million points i would have expected much better. When we checked in we had reservations for a king suite. Checked in and the room wasnt available and we got stuck with a standard room. After 2 days of working we decided to stay an additional day. Made an online reservation and was told by the desk clerk she was cancelling our room because they over booked. Even though the website said 2 rooms available. The desk clerk was rude and gave us no options just i am cancelling your reservation. Poor service from this hotel. We travel over 200 days a year and always stay at Holiday Inns. Never will i stay here again and I will be writing a letter to corporate and the owner of this hotel

Avoid at all costs Avoid at all costs! Definitely not for business travelers, Holiday Inns are usually, even in remote locations, decent. I travel regularly for business often in rural areas and try to be understanding but this place takes the cake. Filthy, overpriced, uncomfortable noisy, drunk people running up and down hallways at 3am. Faced with long drive home tried to do my essential work out only to find fitness room “closed for maintenance” Looked completely broken. Complaining got $30 knocked of my $500 bill; I can no longer count on Holiday inn
