Heritage Inn Express Chico

Nice stay I have stayed here in the past, and saw the improvements that are being made to this motel. The room I had on the second floor was clean, quiet, comfortable with a King bed, microwave, coffee maker, toiletries, and soft, clean towels. Staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating to put me in a room of my choosing. I would stay again if visiting downtown Chico.

Nice I was in a DV situation and they let me stay a long time with my family and they were super accommodating. Everything was pretty clean and anything that was wrong with the rooms was fixed super promptly as they have a maintenance person here most days. Nice staff too _

Loved our room great price I feel the hotel is very underrated, there is a basic breakfast, great staff, Jay was very helpful in fixing a credit card mix up, there is a well kept pool, the housekeepers do their jobs, adequate toiletries towels sheets and blankets. Cable tv, k really want to recommend it to anyone on a budget looking for care and hospitality, there's no bugs or roaches and I see they're working hard to fix ensh the damage in rooms caused by crazy trashy people. Just right one night We needed a reasonably priced room for the night and this fit the bill. The room was clean, comfortable, and centrally located. The staff was friendly and helpful with the TV and air conditioning . The bagged breakfast was just what we needed to start our day.

Avoid this dirty noisy disgusting scam DON'T GIVE THESE CRIMINALS YOUR MONEY! These people are frauds, I have never been more angry or upset with a hotel stay. I've stayed in a lot of bad motels, but I normally know what I'm getting into. Not so with this place. Every picture online is a lie, the rooms and building look nothing like the picture. Absolutely nothing like the picture. I booked a non-smoking room with queen beds, I got a room that smelled so bad of smoke that we went and bought candles for the smell, and there were only full sized beds, not queen, which I paid extra for. The check in attendent promised they would be queen. The worst part is that they are very loudly renovating the hotel currently and they start very loud work early in the morning. I have been ripped off, I have been lied to, I wasted a lot of money, and I really wish that I stayed at the cheaper motel across the street. The people who run this place are dishonest, the rooms are absolutely disgusting, the building is bad, and the noise is unbearable. NEVER STAY HERE! Not worth even half of what I paid, the owners should be ashamed of this disgusting sham of a business.
