Decent stay near US-35 in Chillicothe, OH On the good side, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hot breakfast was surprisingly good. On the negative side, the armoire smelled strongly of mildew, the mattress was old and sagged, and the walls were paper-thin. So bring ear plugs if you want a good night’s sleep.

We care about our legal rights, not fellow human beings They charged an obscene amount to stay in Chillicothe, Ohio. Then, when I got stuck in horrendous traffic jam and couldn't make it for my reservation. They refused to cancel my reservation because I missed by half an hour the very early deadline that was slipped into the fine print. Thanks for nothing

Cheap Old Hotel at Nice New Hotel Price Cheap old hotel at nice new hotel price. If you’re expecting a cheap musty old hotel, you’ll be perfectly happy here. If you’re expecting to pay a price that reflects that condition, you’ll be sorely disappointed. Only come here if you have to.

Unexpectedly nice I had low expectations based on the age of the building and my experience at other Quality Inns, but this one was immaculate, the staff courteous and accommodating, and the hot breakfast a notch above the norm. It’s adjacent to a decent restaurant and a gas station

it’s technically possible to do worse. it’s easy to do MUCH better Listen, sometimes you just need to stay in a crappy hotel. Maybe you’ve been driving for 100 hours and it’s 3am and all drivers in your car are exhausted and you’re in nowhere Ohio and you just need a place to shut your eyes for a few hours before getting the hell out of here. If that’s the situation, you really could do worse than the Quality Inn Chillicothe. If that’s not your situation, then I’d recommend driving on until you find a hotel that is nothing at all like the Quality Inn Chillicothe. It smells very bad and nothing about it screams “I am cleaned regularly and thoroughly.” It’s also like.....30% more costly than I’d expect Nowhere Ohio to be, but I guess they know they’ve got quite the captive audience because if you didn’t have to be here, there’s simply no way you would.
