Nice room, close to food and fuel As a general rule, days inn hotels are typically two star hotels, but I give this one three stars because the room has a really unique layout. it’s more of a suite than a standard room. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful in the room was clean. However, the pool is out of order, and the parking lot is pretty tiny and difficult to navigate at the entrance. And the water pressure in the shower is very low, or at least it was in my room. It may be fine in other rooms. Finally, as is fairly standard for these hotels, there is no elevator for the second story so keep that in mind if you have difficulty with stairs. You may want to request a first floor room. But overall, it was a better than expected stay for a days inn hotel.

Property did not match Pricing We were disappointed from arrival to departure. Check-in staff were not friendly, had to slam shoulder against room door (203) to get it to open. Appeared that other guests, located on ground floor, were either drunk or high...very seedy looking situation. Mold in the bathroom around tub & window, dry-rot on outside ceiling. Pool was closed with no intent of getting it re-opened. Breakfast - What Breakfast??? Pricing almost the same as the Holiday Inn Express across the street...Stay Here Again...Never!

BRING YOUR OWN EXTENSION CORD This was our 3rd stay in the very same room. Our check took 15 minutes with a pre-paid in full reservation. The only clerk on duty was under-trained and English is not his primary language. Our room bedding, linen, and floor were clean. THERE IS NO DESK LAMP. This is because there is no wall outlet to plug it into. We travel with a 10 ft extension cord for our laptop just because of the stupidity of this room's layout. The furniture is all beat up with the top layer of paint coming off. The desk chair upholstery is falling apart. THIS FURNITURE BELONGS IN THE DUMP. Hot water takes 6 full minutes to arrive at this room. We have told the owners about this on every stay. They have done nothing to fix it. The bath tub is so slippery that using it is extremely hazardous. THERE ARE NO GRAB BARS TO HELP KEEP YOUR BALANCE. Do your self a favor; find another hotel to stay at. We won’t be coming back.

Basic But Does the Job This is a very basic hotel that does the job. Stayed here on the way to Yosemite and it was perfect. Room was clean, staff was friendly, there was a basic continental breakfast available and the price was right. There was also a pool - but it did not look particularly alluring.
