Great View and Awesome Staff Came to the island to celebrate my mothers birthday and my anniversary. This has to be one of the best places to stay on island. Lynelle at check in was absolutely fabulous. Even though we were in on an early flight, way before check in. She was able to get us a room with a great harbor view. Celia, our housekeeper was the best. (Make sure you tip your housekeeper). The entire staff was so friendly and made you feel at home. Lauren on third shift and Hillarine were awesome as well, anything you needed they would get for you. And you can always go to Sandy with any problems. She will address them immediately. I highly recommend staying here.

Great hotel and great location! Very nice hotel with excellent views of the Caribbean Sea. Very friendly staff. The hotel is clean and is located steps from the boardwalk and water. Close proximity to restaurants, bars, and historic attractions. If you want to stay in Christiansted- this is a very good choice. It also has a restaurant that is pretty good and right on the water.

Excellent Location but False advertising pool has been closed for years. Excellent location-but pool has been closed for years, since COVID they never reopened it. It makes me upset as traveling as a family a pool is a must. they should remove this amenity from everywhere.

Great choice in Christiansted We booked this hotel the day of our trip since we didn't know if we'd make it there. The location is so great right on the boardwalk of Christiansted. The room was right on the waterfront and with two queens it was very comfortable. The decor was pleasant and the bathroom facilities very nice. The a/c was working great. We were even cold in the room, but we enjoyed it since it was plenty warm outside. The hotel didn't seem busy at all, probably due to being off season. The pool was closed, but looks like it will be very pretty when it is repaired. The ferry to the little island is super close and we spent the day there when our snorkel tour was cancelled. (weather was off and on bad) The little island is absolutely awesome. The staff at the front desk are very pleasant ladies. It was our first trip to USVI and it was a memorable stay.

Sufficient for a short stay, but very noisy and overall outdated Agree with others, we stayed here a while ago and the place is in dire need of a spruce up. Housekeeping could have been more thorough. The location is a plus and a minus - close to nearby food options, but can be very noisy at night time. Also, there is ZERO soundproofing between rooms. We heard every cough and other noise from the next room. We could even hear entire sections of conversations! Not ideal. We had a nice view of the ocean and the boardwalk from the room. Overall it is not a horrible option, but it really feels more like a motel than a true hotel experience.
